While I can appreciate that it was a Saturday night, there was a waitlist of approximately 15 minutes. We conversated outside for around 20 minutes, before noticing there were other guests being seated,we were not notified of an available table via text as stated, so we re-entered and ironically there was a table ready. We ordered our food and I had to ask how long would it be for the food, after waiting 40 minutes.When the food finally arrived, it was subpar. We ordered the Salmon, Wings, Burger, and Dynomite Shrimp. The portions were small on the salmon, the wings were cooked unevenly. The burger was lacking in taste and quality. The waiter Caden, seemed friendly enough, but frequently disappered for long intervals. Needless to say I am very disappointed that I chose to bring my family from out of town here to dine. We will not patronize this establishment again. UPDATE: If Georgia Blue were sincere in their lousy food and customer service, they would make it right by offering a complimentary meal, or a partial refund, but just some line about reviewing standards with staff is all I was offered. Which is fime with me. I will let associates and family know not to patronize this establishment.

I ordered the shrimp and grits and my husband ordered the Mardi Gras. The food was fabulous! Erin was our waitress and she was the absolute best. Really enjoyed the entire experience

Only took a star away because your chairs are super loud when they get moved. Lowe’s/Home Depot have felt stoppers for the bottoms. Save our ears and please get some!

Rustic but elegant. Perfect for date night. The duck wontons are the best starter. I had the grilled salmon and it was wonderful. It was flavorful and not a bit dry. The house salad with pears and blue cheese crumbles was fantastic. If we ever get back to this area, we are definitely going back and I'm definitely getting that salad. The fish tacos were really good. My hubby got the chili sauce on the side and that worked great for him. Our server was fabulous! She was so much fun! This is probably in my top 10 restaurants.

The service is excellent, the grilled chicken and the red beans and rice are two of the best I've had ,better than other local restaurants by far, that are much more expensive.
