Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cupcakes tasted like pre-made products and lacked distinct flavors. The lemon cupcake tasted like vanilla, as did the strawberry, making it difficult to tell them apart. For just under $30 for four cupcakes, I expected a higher quality and more authentic flavor profile.
Additionally, the two employees did not engage with us at all, which made the experience feel awkward upon entering. Overall, it did not meet expectations for the price or service.

I put it in an order on Sunday afternoon for a dozen birthday cupcakes. The Gigi‘s cupcake employee took my order and I said I needed to pick them up that same week on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30. I went across town to pick them up and the girl went to the back and stayed back there for about 10 minutes. She then came back to the front and said that the order was not ready yet and could I come back in about 20 minutes to pick it up. I told her “no” - that the order was supposed to be ready by 2:30 and at this point it was 3:45. I said to her, let’s be honest - the order has not even been completed, correct? Then she said that that’s right, the order was not filled. I asked her if there was a manager in the store and she said no. I can assure you that I won’t be back to Gigi‘s cupcakes in Flowood, MS - ever!

GiGi's is my go to when I have a cupcake craving. When I travel I always try to locate one. This one was what I expected, clean, lots of choices, friendly staff. I always visit early in the day, this way I can get my favorites before they run out. Product is baked to get through the day, there isn't a lot of leftovers from the previous day. Fresh and tasty!

Went to the Flowood location and I don’t know if they changed the recipe for the cupcakes or what but they were all disgusting.. no taste whatsoever for the bread or the icing. I got the red velvet, birthday surprise, and wedding cake. I think I’ll forever pass on GiGi’s. Not worth the money anymore.

Empty store but took over 10mins for someone to come to the front , cupcake was 8/10 , too much icing not enough breading for me ( personal opinion) but flavor wise it was delicious!
What has happened to GiGi's. I used to be a regular and loved the place. Haven't been in years and recently went in to see if it's changed and no change. Walk in and it feels like death. No one to greet you. Wait for minutes before someone comes from behind the back to the counter. Not friendly at all. The service is terrible. I hate to see such a place that was good go to bad. Why hasn't it closed??? Make changes if want to have happy customers...

I'm a bit late making this post and I'm not even a person that makes posts about restaurants or foods. However, I loved Gigi's cupcakes, and they used to be good, but I ordered a 6 pack back in March on the 24th and I got my usual ones which were the Midnight magic, White Midnight Magic and Cookies and Cream. The cookies and cream cupcake was different in that it now has a creme filling which i don't like however, that is preference only. However, the cake part of the cupcake on all of these tasted off. Really there was no taste at all, it was like I was eating air. THIS WASN'T THE CASE ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS WHEN I WOULD BUY THESE. I'm a chocolate lover and the chocolate cake prior to this was flavorful and a chocolate lovers dream. I don't know what happened. I almost thought they gave me gluten free cake or something. Had something changed with the recipe on the chocolate cake or something? Something definitely has changed and not in a good way.
