I go to this location with my boyfriend every Sunday. Around maybe 2 weeks ago, we wanted to get rolled ice cream. There were two guys working there (for description because we didn't get names, a young asian and black man). They were rude and sarcastic and made a comment saying "are you guys also here for rolled eye cream!! oh my gosh it's freezing outside i don't know why people still want ice cream." We tried to order on the tablets and realized the rolled ice cream option was gone and asked about it. When we asked, one of the boys admitted he removed it from the tablet because they didn't feel like making any new orders although they had the supplies. I understand being understaffed but you are still getting paid to do your job. If you take out rolled ice cream from the menu, we would've still ordered something else and then they would've still had to make something else...that was just pure laziness to me and they should've been fired if they didn't want to do their job. People mainly come for the rolled ice cream and boba yet they were so shocked when people came in just for that...do your job or you don't deserve to get paid. How are you gonna deny to do your job because it's too much???? Losers

I had a terrible experience a few weeks ago because the two guys at the front refused to make my ice cream because they didn’t feel like it. It’s an ice cream shop, I expect to be able to come in and simply get ice cream.

Food is good. My kids love the ice cream. I sat and watched the girls working chat and watch videos before starting our order. They then made the order placed after ours first. Still waiting.

We didn't have any food, we did have the ice cream and it was amazing! Rolled ice cream with fruity pebbles goes crazy bruh. The workers were super sweet, we came in on a conversation that seemed a little heated originally but they were super nice and I'm sure if they had some more help, everything would've been a bit quicker but we got everything we ordered and it was great! Probably third time or so visiting overall and the atmosphere is dope, super clean, and I plan on copping one of their shirts eventually. Don't want to gatekeep the business because I'd hate to have to be in line but man if I said this place sucked dessert wise, I'd be capping.

A very clean, cozy shop. The service was good as they allowed me to get wxtra toppings as I specified, and were nice in allowing me to have extras. The drinks were amazing and sweet. My rolled icecream was made in front of us and was satisfying to watch. Would recommend.
People up front are rude and don’t speak. I said thank you after they gave me my drink and he just rolled his eyes and walked away. The drinks are expensive and usually are okay but last few times i’ve come in the boba is hard and not even good to eat. I went in alone one time previously the boy up front asked if I had a boyfriend i said no and he said I can see why you’re ugly. I wish i was joking I really do but i’m not, this happened about 6 months ago though.

the place was completely empty upon coming in i went with one other person yet my drink took nearly 15 minutes, service was bad not one word said to me and was very rude, i ordered tapioca boba and it was hard. i’ve come here many times and have experienced the same thing, many times my drink was just bad or tasted like watered down milk. even when the place is completely empty and i’ve come alone i sat for not even joking almost 30 minutes and another worker had to confront the person up front about not making my drink. drinks are okay, not worth the price.

Came her one night for rolled ice cream. We ordered via the tablets, and we were told that they were only doing regular ice cream because the trays were off. This was after we already paid. Yesterday we came back around 4:30pm for the rolled ice cream just to be told they would not be doing rolled ice cream because there was 1 person working. He was preparing rolled ice cream while saying this. We were then told to come back around 5:00pm to get rolled ice cream. We showed up at 5:30pm, and we were told that they were not doing rolled ice cream once again because he was the only one working. There was a table of people sitting that were already served, and the only people waiting to order was a girl ordering a boba tea and me and my partner. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but if your sign says you sell rolled ice cream, why has it not been available every time I’ve visited?
