let me start off by saying that i really enjoy the boba and ice cream here. however, i just had the worst experience in this establishment. the asian man working in the front was literally throwing a fit. he was yelling at people in the back as well as slamming and hitting stuff. you do not act like that at all. as someone who owns a small business, i would never tolerate that behavior. it is super unprofessional and made so many other customers around me uncomfortable. i usually have amazing experiences here, but this made me not want to go back if this is how employees act. do better.

Meant to make this review earlier yesterday, I never ever usually make reviews but today I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere. The young woman that was working alone last night was so nice, she answered all the questions I had about something called a Tiger Sugar, it’s was the bomb. I don’t eat boba so I opted out on that option but regardless it was amazing. Also Kudos to her for working hard with an injury! I forgot to get her name but I will definitely be back to ask!

A rolled ice cream place that never seems to have rolled ice cream. I’m batting like 2/7 . I figured out that they stop doing the rolled stuff like 30 minutes to an hour before (hours vary by day, so not the same time everyday) . However I get here at 7:30pm when they close at 10:00pm and they aren’t doing rolled ice cream . Like why??Giving an extra star because it’s good when you can actually get it, but what’s the point if you can’t? Not worth the gas if you’re particularly only wanting rolled ice cream

Ice's corner is the absolute best. I love it here it's got everything I love, sushi, boba, and ice cream. The service is great and my kids love it, I especially love the anime shirts.

Me and my fiance love this place. Best boba we’ve had and they have plenty of flavors and you can choose how sweet you want your drink and all. Yes, they can get very busy meaning you might have to wait longer than you’d like but that’s not really an issue.Olivia is so sweet and kind, I love our interactions when I do go!

They take your money up front, when you order, and then you're hostage to their absurdly slow process, without any warning. If you go to a chain restaurant, they'll at least warn you if there's an hour long wait, it's only fair, but not this place. Try to get a seat, because it took an hour to get my rolled ice cream. There's nothing redeeming about the excruciating wait, either. It's not like you get your ice cream but it's better than ice cream that takes 1 minute to scoop. No. In fact, In my humble opinion, it's a step below most pre-made ice cream in quality. You pay a premium, wait an absurd amount of time, in the company of other tense people, in an ambiance of fluorescent flicker and blender noise, for what? It's a mockery of all that's efficient, and I'm inclined to suggest that I question the ethics of a business that doesn't warn a customer of predictable delays. It's unacceptable. (I feel so bad, I promise to write two positive reviews of other competent businesses to make up for the bad vibes here.)

My experience at this establishment was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I have gotten boba here before. When I received my drink, there was no boba pearls . They may have been out, but should that not have been pointed out when I placed my order? I kept the drink, but to my surprise it was just as awful as my experience. It was just milk, no coffee flavor or any sweetness. I had high hopes as they was playing Taylor Swift, but I was incredibly disappointed. Do better ??.

Slow no one greeted me at the door took me 30 minutes to get my drink the service was horrible and ambiance bad they need to speed this up for a 7 dollar drink.
