This was the first time I’ve ever been truly disappointed at IHOP. My turkey bacon tasted old, so I couldn’t eat it. Our waitress kept disappearing and didn’t listen to anything we said. We had to request new drinks twice because there was something floating in them. My food was cooked wrong twice, and at one point she even forgot to bring us our order, so when we finally got it the food was cold. I won’t be back. The bathroom was also dirty, falling apart, and smelled like sewage. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The restaurant is not the easiest to get in and out of, could also be we were unfamiliar with its location. We were greeted almost immediately. Server was fantastic, I believe his name was Ian. We wanted for nothing. He was on the spot with everything. Any staff that came by either asked if we needed anything or just said hello and made eye contact. The food was prepared quickly and was very flavorful. The price was a bit high, but what isn't these days? Overall I highly recommend this location. Whomever is doing the employee interaction training needs a pat on the back

Got seated, then had to wait 20 minutes before waitress decided to take my order. Only 10 customers in restaurant, so I didn't buy the excuse there was a mix-up. Could not get a refill on my drink until just before I left. And $4 for unsweetened tea? Damn!

Ira, our server, had the most pleasant personality!!! Very attentive and on top of drink refills. I had the split decision, husband had one of the omletes and daughter had the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. No complaints about the food from anyone!!! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I didn't look at the ceiling, as I was looking at my family or food.

Can’t even call in to place a pick up order, you go in you’re waiting at least 1 hr because everyone is out back taking a smoke break
Save your money and go around the corner to Broken egg cafe. They are the same price anyways, you won't have dirty Broken bathrooms, leaky rood, or dirty ceilings and light fixture that have been touched up with spray paint. You will have waitresses who come and check on you often, unlike the ones here who you practically need to beg to service you. They won't drop a few items off and make you wait while they deal with a table they like more because their friends or family. The food here was also not that great and cold, my kids hot chocolate even had some sort of oily substance floating on top. I even give small tips when they deserve none, but this is getting bad.

This is my new IHOP. Very clean. Service was outstanding. Wonderful to be greeted with a smile. Ira was the best. I will ask for him each time. Superb customer service. Great personality. Very attentive.

EDIT: When reaching out to corporate as suggested, I explained my case and, in turn, was told I should be receiving correspondence from the local franchisee within 4 business days. Never heard a thing. I absolutely cannot believe this place is still open with this type of mismanagement!!
I typically start with 5 stars and work down, but in this location's case, they have an established reputation for being terrible, so it would likely be easier to start with 1 star and work up. This morning, the doors were still locked at least 10 minutes after open, per their website. We didn't stick around for someone to open the doors so we weren't even able to get a feel for the food, atmosphere...but I'm sure the locked doors account accurately for the consistent lack of adequate service. I'm all about second chances, but third, fourth...? I wish you'd just keep the doors locked permanently.

I came here around 7 in the morning(just got off work) placed a pick up order. And got home with it disappointed. My pancakes were over cooked(which was what I really wanted)almost smelled burnt. And I ordered double bacon and not ham (the breakfast sampler) only to get the ham anyway. And my sausages didn't taste cooked all the way through. My first time eating at this location and no one was there other than workers. The inside looked like it didn't get cleaned night before. I didn't even bother to take pic of my food b/c I was tired and irritated and just tried to eat what I could and lay down. Was gonna bring it back up there how irritated I was, but again was too tired to deal. Sorry, not sure if I'll return to this one again or any of the IHOPs around at this point. The workers seemed nice but still MY FOOD was not good at all.
