Waited 30 minutes for a table then another 45 minutes for our food. My kids and husband didn’t get the right order and my brother’s food came out late. Waitress asked us if we wanted refills but didn’t inform us it’d be an extra $2.50 for each refill. Our table was 8 people but our bill was split between my family of family my brother’s family of 3 (one of which is a 1 year old that didn’t even eat anything) but they included a 15% gratuity for a party over 6 to both our bills.

Been here several times before and the food is consistently good. First thing we noticed when we walked in this time was the room temperature...it was COLD. We almost left but we happened to have long sleeve shirts in the car and decided to stay. Kids with parents a few tables away were continually whining and saying they were freezing. Couple behind us was saying the same thing. We asked the server if she could adjust the AC but nothing came of that. Built in thermometer in my phone said 60 but it was still moving slowly downward. Coldest restaurant that we had ever been in for sure! It's difficult to enjoy a meal when you are shivering.

10 people in the restaurant and 2 servers. We waited 30 minutes and still only laid eyes on our server twice. We asked for our drinks after 20 minutes. She told us she was working on it. After 30, we left. One of the servers was apologizing for how we were treated. This is the 4th time I've attempted to eat there, and every time it is the same. Management needs to revamp the serving staff. Absolutely ridiculous!

The service was really good. My cousin and i ordered the Philly cheese steak and onion rings. By the time we got home we both ran to the restroom and gotten sick out of the back end. We've eaten there b4 and never had this problem.
