Today is December 19, 2025 I order a chicken piece dinner witha biscuit, fries, mashed potatoes, and green vegetables. One of the managers with the red shirt had look at me with a nasty attitude and told me that next time I order I need to remember my number. I told her to not disrespect me like that because you should treat your customers with respect. I told her I don't want the food anymore and to get my money back. I got my money back and the service is not that good anyway. I'm never coming here again. The Alexandria Girl with the red shirt needs to get fired ASAP. My two sons bought food from this Jacks location but they didn't like it at all. They did they order wrong four times and literally waited outside in my car for them to send us the food. We waited three hours. Not satisfied

The assistant managers managers supervisors and employees all had a nasty attitude and was not respectful to me and my family. My food was not fresh. I Waited 3 hours outside for them to pull my car over to wait for my food to get done. They did my burger and drink wrong. I'm never coming here again. I wasn't satisfied.

We had an amazing time tonight! Everyone told us we had to try out Jack’s and I’m so glad we did! Ms. Gloria, Ms. Lawanda, Alexis, and Tiffany were all so helpful from the moment we walked through the door. They all had a smile on their faces and willing to do whatever they needed to ensure we enjoyed our time! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it! Not only was the service great, but the food was delicious!

I pulled up to drive through and the lady immediately gets what I said wrong and kept repeating it over and over again. Then finally sends me to the window. I get home and my bacon is burned.
The entire crew were amazing. I love visiting this location especially when the GM is there. She makes sure everything is in order

I’ve never had the breakfast foods before. I got a chicken biscuit and a side of hashbrowns. The chicken biscuit was good but the hashbrowns were absolutely AMAZING!! No ketchup needed and that’s saying a lot for me.

Just learned this is not short for Jack In The Box. Very polite workers. The bacon burger was really good. A lot more flavor than a regular fast food burger. And the mash potatoes and gravy had a lot of flavor also. And great prices. If I lived here, I would return definitely.
