I had a bad experience for the first time with this restaurant. I made an online order for pickup. Once I arrived, I was told my order wasn’t ready. But my pickup order time was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. I waited an additional 15 minutes before I was told my order was given to DoorDash. So I had to wait additional time to redo my order and ready my food. With this being no fault of my own, I was not offered any discount, offered free food, or any additional discount on future order for my inconvenience. I think that is what customer service looks like to me!
