I got off work an tired of cooking I went to the drive through it was 8pm on a Wednesday the lady on taking my order was extremely rude an when I was ordering she correct me on my order I nicely told her I haven't ordered in a long time an she laughed at me ...she was bluntly rude as I drove up for my order she didn't even open the window I simply drove off bc I had already taken enough rudeness from her an said forget it get. Not for once was I rude to her....bc I had a tiring day didn't have the energy...at the winder that was the last straw. KFC needs better help or needs to monitor their employees. So disappointed ?

First I pulled up like 8:11-8:15 and it looked very dark almost closed then after gettin my order which was a 20$ fill up box everything I mean everythings was cold and dry all I can say is never again ?

Per KFC staff at this location, store remains closed due to COVID..which apparently REMAINS a major DEATHLY concern..and as for food ordered via the KFC corporate website for this location..as the KFC employee TOLD ME, “WE AIN’T GOT NO CHICKEN ORDER FO YOU and WE DON’T CARE WHAT YOUR CONFIRMED ORDER SAYS ON YO PHONE!” So I definitely didn’t order anything. Pitiful KFC…Pitiful

The service was absolutely INSANE!!Drove through the drive thru and realized that our order was wrong! The cashier was so rude to the point we had to literally drive off!! We will never visit this place ever again!! Run people run!!!

On website showed this location was opened until 10:00 pm. Used their navigation arrived at 9:00 at the drive thru. The hours were blacked out. Two cars in parking lot. No answered at drive thru or the phone. Shows opened until 10:00pm , two sites on-line. Someone needs to clarify this information!!

I ordered online and got to the store and food seemed as if it was sitting there all day, I got no utensils or condiments the black heavy set young lady I'm guessing she was the manager is beyond rude. Once remaking my order I asked for utensils and condiments she told me to drive back around to the drive thru because she wasn't going to walk back out this young lady shouldn't be dealing with the public at all

The worst service ever. Their drive thru person (christa) has been rude to me the last two times. I will not ever go back there until she is not there. She is the only one there who has been rude. I didn’t get a receipt either. I left so mad at her smart Alec rude behavior my blood is boiling. Disrespectful child was not taught and is allowed to be like that .

The service was awful. I felt ignored and disrespected. It took at least 15 minutes just to order. I would have walked out but I was picking it up for my wife who was at home sick.

Absolutely furious with restaurants not putting EVERYTHING you order in the bag. I ordered a 2 pc box crispy with three sides and three chicken tenders. They left the three chicken tenders out of the bag. Absolutely no order checking here!

0 stars if I could. Whoever is in drive thru needs to get fired. I tried to order a famous bowl & the girl quickly said they were sold out. One employee was outside taking the trash out & he said she was lying. When I asked him to repeat himself the lady over the speaker rudely yelled WE ARE OUT IF FAMOUS BOWLS. If y'all are going to lie at least be on one accord. I wish they would bulldoze the whole building. Every time I come to this location there is a problem with customer service. If you don't want to come to work don't punch the clock: stay miserable !

My food was just nasty all together and with how times are today and high prices when you pay almost 10dollars for something use to cost you 6dollars and get home and its not worth eating that's bad because I was still hungry and spent my money and the food was bad they didn't even give me what I asked for my drink these owners need to pay more attention to how these people that work for them handle their business because some of the people who work for them don't care how the food is served ☹?
