Please do not confuse this place for a functioning restaurant. The food is old and nasty. The people working there hate their lives and we felt so bad for them. The only time we got attention was when I pulled out my cash to pay the bill. This franchise will soon be featured on Bright Sun Films' Bankrupt series.

Went here Saturday with family. I was kinda nervous because the parking lot was empty compared to the other restaurants in the area. First got there it was a 25 minute wait don't know why but it was. Got seated and it was very cold 🥶 in there. I think they adjusted it for us not sure. I ordered the t bone with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The t bone was great I got it cooked medium. The mashed potatoes were great very good. Mac and cheese was not good. Long island ice tea was good. Inside of the restaurant was basic for some reason I remember logans being dark on the inside. The rolls were fresh and hot as well.

Stopped in just now. Customer service was terrible. At least 25 empty tables, hostess barely acknowledges your existence and states will be 35 minute wait. Offered is made to sit at bar which I except, waited 15 minutes no meñu, drink, or attention was given. Got up walked out. Terrible

They have good food, (overpriced but still good) they have great service, or at least who served us was great. The rolls were good but the butter could be better. The salad and chilly were both good. The steaks look good but I heard the child’s ribs were not good but very bland.

The smell of urine at front door, the table smelled like old dishwater, the carpet is sticky with dirt and food. Whole restaurant smells like old dishwasher. Times for upgrades

The service was great and the food was good except for the BBQ chicken. The meat was so rubbery you couldn’t pull it off the bone. It was very strange. Two people in our party got the chicken and both of us experienced the same thing. It was pretty much inedible.

I ate lunch here on a Monday. Ordered the Potato Skins as a meal. They were amazing! I didn't get a pic but there was more than I could eat. Service was great as well. Go try it out!

The only positive in our experience was no wait to be seated. It took over 10 min for our server to come over, mind you the restaurant is not full at all. After drinks ordered our server disappeared for maybe 15-20 minutes. When he finally came back we placed our order. They started bringing food out however my husband never received his food. We wait but to our surprise, his order never comes. We locate our server and I waive for him to come over and asked for our ticket, him not realizing or acknowledging the fact my husband only had an appetizer. When he comes back with the ticket he then says he forgot to put my husband's food order in, which is baffling as you had our food order all together. This is one place that we will not be visiting again when we come home.

Let me start off by saying the service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food on the other hand was horrible. My daughter's ribs were DRY.. and burnt with very little sauce. I know it's not a steak house, so I wasn't expecting a top quality cut of beef but the steak was inedible. The rolls were under cooked, one side was slightly golden and the other side were pasty white and doughy. Disgusting. We ate less than half of our food. A total waste of time and money. The restaurant was clean and there was no wait but I think now I know why.
