Absolutely loved our visit to the Logan’s in Flowood! Our server Baylee was amazing! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and just so sweet! The manager on duty was amber and I tell you what I’ll keep coming back just for her! Very professional, friendly, and always puts the guests first! The food was delicious and absolutely cooked to perfection, my compliments to the staff in the kitchen!

Picked up a carry out order tonight for me and my two children and was extremely disappointed. My $30 steak was flavorless, grey and tasted like it had been cooked by boiling it in water before slapping it on the grill to get a very faint grill mark. There was no char at all. The mashed potatoes were almost solidified. The parmesan rice came in the form of a puck. Did not receive the loaded sweet potato (that we paid extra for by the way). Also didn’t receive the steak sauce that was ordered. So that was a wasted $100.

so first off we waited like 2 hours for our food. then we got our food and my boyfriends steak was RAW literally raw. and one lady tried to say it was medium rare but our waitress was so sweet and she agreed that it was raw, she was perfect and did nothing wrong. they took the steak back to cook a little more and it WAS STILL RAW. i didn’t get a picture of before it was cooked but i got one after they “cooked it a little longer”. the pictures below. and keep in mind this was after the steak was cooked more. the people there were very sweet and cared about us. they didn’t do anything wrong it’s just the fact the steak was raw. i just think it should be known they gave us a raw steak. and we did pay for it too.

I ordered the Ribeye steak combo, steak cooked medium. It was cooked medium well to well done and my sweet potato was burned. Server took it back and reordered it, this time it was medium rare. The manager was the head chef. I would have thought that he would know the difference. When I asked if the manager was here the server stated what I mentioned earlier. Service was okay, she couldn’t accommodate us with anything extra because the manager wanted her to return everything that didn’t work out including a baked potato that was to go. We never saw him.

It used to be good, but it has gone downhill. Food was mediocre, service was subpar, and the environment was filthy, from chipped plates, broken forks, and filthy handprint-greased bench, to even filthy handprint-greased entrance doors that look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Food was also not great, with small portions for the money, and they hate to season steaks.

I rated a two star because the salad and rolls were. good. I’ve eaten at the Pearl, MS location and last night was at Flowood. Both locations I ordered a steak. LOGAN’S should take the “Steakhouse” off and just call it Logan’s because these two restaurants are FAR from being a steakhouse. Both times the steaks were very tough and not tasty at all. My nephew ordered the most expensive steak on the menu. It was cooked like he requested it but the most fat and gristle we’ve ever seen on a steak. He could eat no more than one-third of his steak. He said if he was going to spend $40 on a steak, he expected more steak. We should have taken pictures. I was hoping he would send it back but said it would be his last visit to Logan’s. He did say the Logan’s in Hattiesburg, MS has not disappointed him yet but said Pearl and Flowood wouldn’t see him again.OK, my message to Logan’s: i just read the most negative reviews I’ve ever seen on a restaurant! So wish I had read before I went to both Pearl and last night (2-22-24.) Management, you respond to everybody with “Oh No,” then blah, blah, blah. You’ve seen enough bad reviews to do something about your sorry food. Granted, the rolls brings Logan’s customers. Rolls and salad are really good but you are far from being a Steakhouse!

First off I want to say Kyre was a great server. He was handling the stress very well and trust me it was stressful. However, the food took for ever and the manager Betty was not handling the stress well at all. A table behind us had gotten the incorrect steak and partial reason was because of the kitchen but she threw the server completely under the bus. As a server myself I was appalled by her behavior. The food took over an hour and a half to come out(mine took longer due to my steak being over cook) overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience especially considering we had nearly the exact same situation happen six months ago. Not sure if we will be back unless the communication between staff members changes.

Hey guys I was reluctant to eat here due to a low 2 star review during the dixie rodeo, however to me and my wife's surprise the service was fast and extremely attentive. the food was out within 10 minute, proper for the order and tasted great. All businesses have opportunities and I noticed that they couldn't turn tables as fast as new customers were coming in so the wait time was 45 minutes ( got a table in thirty ) I believe this was due to staffing. I don't have a Logan's were I live but I was very happy with the experience I wouldn't say the food was five star but would like my experience to make an impact on their score from yelp.

My husband and I decided to go to Logan's Roadhouse since everything in Jackson was closing. They closed at 11 so we made it in about 10:15pm. So Yes, I understand some of the employees may have been there all-day and was ready to close down and go home. But as a paying customer, if you are paid to be at work until 11pm then, why should my drink, and food come out so disgusting. I'm not one to complain but as a business the products was just untasteful. I order a frozen daiquiri in the fish bowl. When the waitress brought my drink to the table. In my mind I said this is going to be a bad experience. The daiquiri was prepared half on ice the other half frozen. So basically my drink had ice cubes at the bottom and then frozen ice at the top. No alcohol and I don't even drink. I mean a half of a wine cooler and I am toasted. So absolutely, no alcohol. Then the waitress only served us two rolls, Ok I get it. Then when the food came my chicken was Lemon Herb Chicken over rice with broccoli. The chicken was so greasy I could dab the oil from the top wit my napkin, (like a pot hole filled with water) the cheesy rice was, YUCK! it had a cheesy sweet taste. The broccoli was perfect! The queso I order had a sweet taste to it which is something new, that was dissatisfying. We are all feeling overworked and underpaid in this economy but please take into consideration what some may be coming into your establishment for regardless, if it is 6 minutes to closing. If I pay full price for my food I should be able to experience the good products and service. I also say service because I have worked as a waitress before and I know how those tips matter. If I felt the cook food was not up to my satisfaction either I'm going back to help the cook reprepare the meal or advising the customer to order something else. That is good customer skills. As a cook Don't send a customer something you would not eat or feed your family. IF WE ALL STOP CARING THEN WHY SHOULD YOUR BOSS CARE TO PAY YOU FOR WORKING. Just like he has to pay you as a waitress or cook, you as the waitress and cook signed an agreement upon hiring that you would provide good customer service because that is the environment you work in.

The country fried steak was the worst I've ever had. Mushy and had a weird taste to it that just got worse. It took us an hour and a half to eat lunch and when I called for the manager, he refused to come to the table and would only give me a $3.50 discount for food I couldn't eat.

On a road trip.... stopped for something to eat and get some rest. Figured I could get a good meal at Logan's. Normally they are pretty good. Maybe I just caught this one at a bad time. I was looking forward to the 'real' onion rings. But, they were a little of a let down. The onion still has the skin (see photo). Couldn't eat anymore after that. I missed the prime rib so I got the ribeye. It was just ok, the seasoning seemed off, and it was barely cooked. The broccoli was just blanched no seasoning. The baked potato was the only thing that was done right. Service was good though. The chair was hard and little...my knees were killing me by the time I was done my meal.Maybe next time.
