Had the lambchops and was happy with my choice, and the service was awesome, too
I would have rated 1-2 stars and The only reason this even got 3 stars is because the food made up for the extremely poor service. After 1.5 hrs of sitting waiting on our food with empty drinks for an hour of it , we finally get it and it tasted pretty good , the steak cooked perfect. But unfortunately that will not make me ever come back to this place.

Highly dissatisfied with the service. We waited an hour before receiving our drinks and bread. There was an older couple that walked in and received their drinks and bread within 10 minutes of being seated. We then had to wait another 45 minutes on our appetizers after putting our appetizer order in. We spoke to a manager and within 5 minutes of speaking to her, our food was delivered and she offered to pay for our appetizers and give us a discount on the ticket.

Sharing a great steak meal with family. Dinner was so good too. Had best experience with our waitress seemed confident and considerably nice. Get there early for I'm sure it is worth the wait time.Parking: Found parking lot very crammed early at the mid-afternoon, leave early and let your party get out to the front desk, ask for dine time informing you. Arrival: 2:30/2:40This location has a horrible communication issue between customers, hostess and waitress/waiter. I waited over a hour for a table. Watched customers who came 20-30 minutes after my arrival be seated and still was not seated. I inquired (2nd time) on how long it will be before my family is seated, the hostess laughed ? and informed me MY FAMILY will have to wait until the night shift starts before we can be seated-that is when a waiter/waitress that can serve a table of 8 will be available. I questioned could 1 of the 5 waitresses that came while we were waiting wait on us, she stated she could not tell me anything about them. I did not ask about them, I asked could they wait on us. She proceeded to tell me again, WE would have to wait in the night shift before we could be seated.Tell me, because I could be wrong, all waitress/waiters attend to tables regardless of the amount of individuals are in the party.The treatment by the Longhorn in Flowood, Mississippi was and always will be unacceptable. Customers understand restaurants are short staffed, customers understand there will sometimes be a wait but to not communicate that and then laugh about it is utterly disrespectful and shows they do NOT appreciate customers they way they claim they do.SHAME ON YOU Flowood Longhorn. UNACCEPTABLE on ALL LEVELS.

I ordered the New York strip cooked to a medium well with some pink in the middle, the steakhouse macaroni and cheese, and added red rock grilled shrimp as an additional side. The steak came out with a good char on it and was cooked to perfection just how I like it. It was also nice and tender and well seasoned. The macaroni was very cheesy and creamy with but of bacon on top, it was quite flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the red rock shrimp which was served on a bed of rice. The rice was cooked well and didn’t have any inconsistencies as far as texture are concerned and the shrimp was flavorful, although it was a bit greasy. Overall the meal was delicious and I’d eat here again. To add, the waitstaff was very professional and courteous, even telling us “thank you for visiting” even though we unfortunately left slightly after closing time which was our fault.

Took my wife out for our 27th Anniversary and ended up # 17 on the list we were told the wait was 50 minutes. We were also told we could sit at the bar. The Bar tender ran us off saying she could handle any more people at the bar. Customers were leaving say they had been there for hours and had only gotten the appetizers. They appeared understaffed and the staff that was there seemed overwhelmed. I did not eat there. My wife and I left to findva calmer space for dinner.
