Service was terrible, dishes were nasty not clean at all, hair in the food, bathrooms we’re disgusting, food was disgusting left over food in the cups, waitress was racist, had to wait an hour to get drinks!!Will not be coming back!!

I’m not sure what it is about their curbside service but there definitely needs to be a change! I placed an order through the app and my estimated pick-up time was for 11:45 am. I saw someone bring out someone’s meal when I pulled in so I checked in through the link that was sent and waited until 12:05 before I saw someone else walk in and pick their order up inside. I went inside and let them know that I had been waiting for someone to bring out my order and the bartender told me that they meant to cut off their pick up orders for the day due to graduation. I asked her if I hadn’t came inside would I have just been waiting? If they knew that it was graduation on this day I should not have been able to even place an order. She brought out my order 5 mins later and the steak I ordered was over done and ice cold. I spoke with the manager and she offered to remake it but by that time I had already been there for 45 mins so I asked for a refund. I am highly dissatisfied..

Waited for 45 minutes in curbside and called numerous times before finally getting someone to answer only to be told they don't do curbside after 330. That I'd have to come inside. No where was this posted or implied or I would not have ordered anything. My food was freezing cold by the time I got it. Do not order curbside. You will surely be disappointed.

First off we waited around 45 min for a table with a bunch of tables already open so not sure what the delay was also we never got utensils so had to get up and go ask the receptionist for utensils finally got our food and everything was burnt pretty bad I like not have been able to even eat it the fires wasn’t good either didn’t eat them the salads where really salty some reason my wife’s also steak burnt to a crisp the loaded baked potato was burnt up to . Our server when we needed something couldn’t find her we had to keep getting up asking receptionist for stuff we needed . Then my 9 year old daughter got her burger no condiments with it just the burger and make and cheese . Who brings a child’s burger with nothing else or atleast ask . Anyway her burger was hard a charcoal and her Mac and cheese seemed really old so I told my wife to just throw it away but luckily when we got up looking for our sever to check us out she was fine again . So again went to the receptionist she went and found her anyway they did cook her another burger and Mac and cheese that was mighty nice. All this being said the food is garbage there I’ve never been to a longhorn I didn’t love but I will never step foot back in that one again . Over a hundred dollars worth of food all I can say is garbage just a waist of money . Oh on top of that the bathrooms stunk and where really nasty trash over flowing on the floors so obviously they need to work on the house keeping as well ….i advise anyone if you want really good food just go to Hattiesburg longhorn it maybe a long drive but there food is great

First time having a bad experience at this location. I went there at 7 water a hour on the waiting list, just to get seated and they didn’t have anything I wanted! The waitress said they didn’t have Spinach dip nor dragon fruit margaritas. The bread was very cold and hard as well.

Walking in the door the place felt and smelled dirty. The front door glass was dirty with handprints all over it. The bathrooms smelled like someone cleaned them with urine. And the restaurant had just opened. We got up and left before we even ordered.

My boyfriend and I went for date night his Longhorn was not cooked correctly, and I was already done with my meal before his steak came back. Luckily the manager was sweet and helpful to fix our check.
I felt that the woman working at the bar was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I walked in and let her know that I was there to get my to go order (since I never received a Longhorn's text to check in). She did several other things before going to the kitchen, but this is understandable since I realize there may have been other customers ahead of me.
However, when she went back to the kitchen, instead of asking for my food (which was already sitting there bagged and waiting to be picked up) she instead decided to strike up a casual, boisterous conversation with another woman who worked back there. Believe me, I could hear the loud and lively conversation, and it had nothing at all to do with asking about my order. At this point I started wondering if she was making me wait on purpose (to slight me), although I certainly did nothing that I am aware of to deserve that. I then walked to the kitchen and stood near the doorway, trying to get up enough nerve to interrupt their lively conversation. Thankfully, the other woman working in the kitchen eventually did give it to me. Yet the woman working at the bar (wish I had her name) never gave any apology.
That bar tender needs to understand the importance of prompt service and save unnecessary chat for later after she has finished serving paying customers. Such poor behavior can appear inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
Very clean, hostess welcomed me upon entering, the bar was well stocked, the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The bartender and other wait staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The food was spectacular and superb, Omg where do I begin the steak was one of the best I've had and I've only been here twice last night was my 2nd time and I must say they were right they know to season some steak,I had the biggest one. Lol the bacon Mac and cheese was superb , and the loaded baked potato was the biggest potato I've seen at a steakhouse normally you get a small potato, The potato matched the steak. Lol I definitely definitely recommend you stopping by Longhorn you taste buds will thank you later 😉🤗🥩🥩🥔🥔
