I’ve never had to leave a bad review for McAlisters. However, there’s a first time for everything. My order was simple. I ordered the ultimate nachos with NO jalapeño's, avocado, black olives or green onions. I stopped on the way home from work to pick up my order. Once I got home, I started putting my nachos together and realized I smelled jalapeños. Sure enough, there they were in with my cheese & chili. When I called the restaurant to let them know, The manager said “mam, there’s no jalapeño’s in that cheese or the chili” And I said the manager “I beg to differ. Not only can you smell them you can plainly see them. I don’t know if they were accidentally put in there when they put the shredded cheese & tomatoes on there or what, but I have jalapeño’s on my nachos” She then asked if I wanted to come back for a remake. I explained that restaurant was on my way home from work and not close to go back to for a remake. She said that she’d refund my money and I’d get an email. She handed the phone to an employee that took my name and then hung up the phone. Which I thought was very rude. Anyway, I’ve not been refunded like she said I would be. And I didn’t appreciate her arguing with me about the jalapeños being in my nachos. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

McAllister's Deli food quality has gone down significantly. I ordered a chef salad plus grilled chicken.. I paid $12 and the salad was very small. Walmart does better for less. The meat on the salad was paper thin. I l ordered a southwest chicken sandwhich. The sandwhich was so small, I can't believe McAllister's would actually sell this sandwhich. I was very displeased with the food. I ordered online for pickup and still had to wait 30 mins. I will not be going back.

The food is actually well prepared and most of the time is delicious. Once in awhile it'll be off. The service is definitely hit or miss with the service being a little bit slow or sometimes just pathetic. The atmosphere of this McAlister's is still quite enjoyable and very much so mcallister classic. This Establishment in my opinion is very clean almost every time I'm there.

This place has really gone downhill. Wouldn’t have written a review if I didn’t have multiple bad experiences in the past few months. This last time they were out of avocado for one of their items and then gave me looks for asking for more than two small slices of tomato on a BLT.

The staff was so rude and so busy chatting with each other to help customers. Why the attitude? So not expected or necessary.
Parking: Plenty of parking even on a busy Saturday lunch.
This has been my toddler's and my favorite lunch spot all summer. The food is consistently good, and the customer service is exceptional. The Manager always ensures that our orders are accurate whether we dine in or opt for curbside to-go. Highly recommend this location.

Wish they wouldn’t put a soaking wet pickle in the same paper as my sandwich especially on a DoorDash delivery that was just going to make my sandwich completely soggy and undesirable. Really disappointed with this little to-go “trick”

Grabbed lunch from this location. The broccoli cheddar soup was very bland and watery. The Memphian sandwich was horrible plus it included something extra. All around horrible experience.

Guess they don’t do curbside even though they advertise it, sat outside for 20 minutes and the workers saw me, finally went inside to ask about my food and it was just sitting behind the register getting cold ? love that
