I went to the Dogwood location which was the first time in awhile. I got 3 potatoes.. 1 Spud Max (which I expected it to be fully loaded like the menu picture and like it’s always been), 1 cheese spud added chili (because spud ole isn’t an option), and 1 bacon cheese spud with added 2 orders of turkey. I checked my food before leaving. Highly disappointed. The spud max was not fully loaded. For the chili spud, what happened to the chili? It used to have more meat and cheese. For the last one, the turkey wasn’t on it.. I went back to the counter and waited a moment because the staff up front were talking amongst themselves. I get it back and it wasn’t 2 orders worth of turkey. In addition I showed the cashier (who was so nice) the chili potato and asked if it was supposed to look like that and he said, “I don’t know”. I was so discouraged so I left. Historically, the potatoes were fully loaded with toppings like their menu pictures . So, I’m unsure what has happened.. I’m hoping someone in upper management will reach out because this restaurant used to be THE place.

Every time I come to this location and the one in Ridgeland they always leave something out or mess up completely . The grilled chicken club looked like it had been out all day .. I added extra tomato and lettuce yet it had no extra . The pickle was missing that comes free when you choose it my potato was good but it was thrown together at the last minute . I would love to give this place 5 stars but it never seems to be right . Also my cheese dip was missing and honey mustard . It’s so much chatter behind the counter I don’t think it’s very likely it will end. Nice workers but a bit too busy chatting than ensuring orders are right and timely . I may stay away for good now it’s been two years since I’ve come back and tried it again and unfortunately my food was messed up and things were left out again

Not impressed with this location at all. The front staff is friendly. But once I got to work with my order today I noticed that my cheese for my salad was missing, my avocado was missing, the sour cream was missing, and the extras that I added on the app were missing as well. Every time I come here there are always multiple ingredients missing from my food and I have to say this is the last time I’m ordering here.

If you wanna know why the parking lot is so empty this is why, last night we go in for dinner and the girl with long curly hair behind the counter had to finish her conversation about how no one is using her car before she could take our order, takes our order and is super rude about it (almost as if she just wanted us to leave) gets done there was no thank you or anything just went right back to her conversation we clearly interrupted. Then we were in the middle of making our drinks and she comes up “ROTEL DIP” and handed me my tray while I was in the middle of filling up my sweet tea and just walks off. I’ve been a waitress before and never in my life have I seen someone so rude.

We ordered takeout. 1 of the sandwiches was wrong but good. Ordering by a computer was not enjoyable. You ended up screaming at the telephone out of frustration. Ticket was $55 was not worth that much money.

The food is always tasty, but parts of an order are frequently forgotten! A trip for their sweet tea is worth any difficulty.
If I could gave ZERO stars i would. I've tried time and time again; it's gets better to get more worse than before. This choose two I ordered today is definitely not a half of any full serving. My chef salad barely has meat, lettuce, tomato just a half of a half portion. My wrap barely has meat or lettuce. And this isn't my first occasion having or feeling like im wasting money eating here because between the poor service and poor food quality and quantity im over paying to be dissatisfied unless I eat inside. And I shouldn't have to eat inside to receive proper food and half way good customer service. This location needs a revamp(staff).

This place is a joke. Not a deli. Ordered a roast beef cheddar and horseradish on ciabatta roll. The beef was worse than Arby's,no condiments on a square hamburger type roll for close to 15$.

Not a good place to eat if you have children with special needs, but some people understand and some don’t. Whoever was running the orders out during lunch time is one of the people who don’t. I apologized twice for my autistic 5 year old touching her as she stopped and stared at him rudely both times. Also, it says they have table side delivery in the app & the staff didn’t know what I was talking about. Left because of those reasons.
