We ordered takeout. 1 of the sandwiches was wrong but good. Ordering by a computer was not enjoyable. You ended up screaming at the telephone out of frustration. Ticket was $55 was not worth that much money.

If I could gave ZERO stars i would. I've tried time and time again; it's gets better to get more worse than before. This choose two I ordered today is definitely not a half of any full serving. My chef salad barely has meat, lettuce, tomato just a half of a half portion. My wrap barely has meat or lettuce. And this isn't my first occasion having or feeling like im wasting money eating here because between the poor service and poor food quality and quantity im over paying to be dissatisfied unless I eat inside. And I shouldn't have to eat inside to receive proper food and half way good customer service. This location needs a revamp(staff).

This place is a joke. Not a deli. Ordered a roast beef cheddar and horseradish on ciabatta roll. The beef was worse than Arby's,no condiments on a square hamburger type roll for close to 15$.

Not a good place to eat if you have children with special needs, but some people understand and some don’t. Whoever was running the orders out during lunch time is one of the people who don’t. I apologized twice for my autistic 5 year old touching her as she stopped and stared at him rudely both times. Also, it says they have table side delivery in the app & the staff didn’t know what I was talking about. Left because of those reasons.

Normally, I would say “GO HERE NOW”… but I just left McAlister’s in Flowood. Let me tell you why I am no longer satisfied. Me and my boyfriend first walked in. There were 3 people up front with 1 checking someone out, 1 just standing there staring at us waiting, and another on her phone at the computer. The 2 not doing anything were just staring at us when they could’ve been checking us out. Let me also say, the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. No smiles, have a good day, than you, NOTHING. Then when we go to sit down, a ROACH comes from under our table to the table across from us. I was very disgusted. My boyfriend stepped on it when it tried to come back to our table. A worker goes towards the kitchen doors and sees the roach and starts laughing. Then her and 3-4 other workers come to the swinging doors to look at it and one calls it a “beetle” which is very much so WRONG. A worker comes to scoop it up and offers us a free cookie (which is nice)… but not enough for me to be okay with a roach where I’m supposed to be sitting down and enjoying my food. Never going back!

We had an all around bad experience today. The young lady that took our order had a bad attitude. We received our food and everything was okay until my daughter pulled out a piece of plastic with what looked like mold out of her mouth while eating. She immediately ran to the restroom and got sick. When my husband brought this to their attention, they could have cared less. We waited on our daughter to come out of the restroom. They did not once come check on her or us or even apologize. When we went to leave, I took what she pulled out of her mouth to them and told them they needed to figure out where this came from as it was disgusting. The young lady at the counter just stared at me and didn't say anything. This is HORRIBLE customer service. We left full plates of food and full drinks on the table.
