Woman at cash register couldn't give us a receipt because she couldn't figure out how to do that. Didn't receive our Nacho Basket until we were almost done eating our food. Restaurant was dirty with trash on the floor....everywhere.

For the second week in a row a potato salad was left out of our to go order. The food as always is delicious. Thankfully I didn’t leave the parking lot this time unlike last week when I drove home then had to come back to the store.
Only get one sandwich- the memphian- Swiss, toasted and spicy mustard. Tha Best!!! Always delivery plus chips and ranch and tea. I mean....oldie and goodie. Not all locations just this one. my heart... from way way back STATE Days... before McAllister bought them. WHOLETTHADOGSOUT days...ya feel me!

The staff was so friendly and my club wrap was very delicious! Of course they have the best sweet tea and their Mac n cheese and rotel and chips are a family favorite! Great atmosphere and customer service and surrounded by lots of shopping!

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. I had to ask were our food was after 30 minutes waiting with no one there tonight… as they handed out to-go orders to everyone else that came after us. They left our food sitting there and got cold. Wife didn’t even finish her spud max cause it was cold and gross. We have had multiple issues with this place for years. If you want McAllisters go to Pearl location or even Madison. Newk’s in Flowood is also great! They know what they are doing. Flowood McAllisters new motto should be “Consistently Terrible!”
