Mugshots Grill and Bar - Flowood, MS

I won’t be going to this location again. Bartender was more worried about flirting with the waitress than making drinks. Walked out without even getting a meal. I did pay for a milkshake that was terrible and left without drinking. Water tasted dirty, they are not cleaning there drink machine, someone will get sick.

Great food, somewhat fast service, but expensive for normal people like myself. I definitely can’t afford to eat here but maybe twice a year. Awesome food and service though!

I know why they were voted best hamburger in Mississippi so many times. The Gamble chili burger was off the chain.

I absolutely love this place!!! Whenever I’m in Jackson I always make sure to stop here!! The employees are magnificent always very friendly. The food is always wonderful and fresh!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

I can't even rate the food because we never go any. When we were seated, I ordered a jack and coke and water. Never got the water. Ordered food, my wife requested a gluten free bun and salad. In the meantime, I finished my drink, bartender asked if I wanted another and I asked for just a coke. Never got that either. A waitress eventually came over with food, but my wife's burger wasn't on a gluten free bun and had fries instead of the salad. When we mentioned the issue we got some attitude about it as she took things back to the kitchen. Decided to cancel the food order and just pay for the drinks. We could have dealt with the drink issues, but something like disregard of non-gluten (or other) dietary needs was just too much. None of the staff seemed to care either way. Won't be back.
