I absolutely love this place!!! Whenever I’m in Jackson I always make sure to stop here!! The employees are magnificent always very friendly. The food is always wonderful and fresh!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!
food was good. Service was bad. Server never came back to the table to refresh the tea or anything. Could not get his attention to bring check. After waiting about 20 minutes I got up and went to the bar area to get his attention.
We were super excited to try out Mugshots this evening. We ordered takeout. The food was ready pretty quickly and the staff was friendly. I had the hamburger steak, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and grilled veggies. The hamburger steak was very well done(almost burnt) I smothered it in A1 to help make it edible.
