The only thing I don’t like and think it was foul for the cashiers not to tell anyone is you can’t get any rewards without the receipt I am a nurse I come in 2 to 3 times a week and I have been in twice this week and I ask the cashier why don’t I have any rewards and that’s when she told me I feel that I should receive something I love the Bundt cakes and I will continue to come but can I get some type of reward

They were extremely rude when I entered to pick my cake up. I was the only one in there then more people came in behind me and I was completely skipped and ignored. The one lady up front did not even acknowledge me and the lady from the back and to come out.

I ordered a mothers day cake for my mom, set delivery to 3 PM on a Saturday. I haven't heard anything from them in hours (after the delivery time), and cannot get anyone to answer the phone.

On May 7, 2025, I went inside the store to purchase a gift for Teacher Appreciation Week. I asked the lady at the cash register if I could have one of the gift bags so I could put the cake in. And she replied No, we cannot give those bags out. They are only used for DoorDash. I stated to the lady well the other cashier lady just gave a white lady six bags for the same reason that I wanted the bag for. All I wanted was one bag. I felt very discriminated against at that time, my money was Green just like her money was green. Seems like you all pick and choose who you are going to give the bags to, and most definitely not to the color people. And if you were only gonna use them bag for DoorDash, then they should not be giving them out at all. I would never do business there again. Very racist, don’t do for one what you can’t do for the rest. And then on top of that, I look at the cakes that I did receive, and they are all broken up, so I had to go back inside and exchange my cakes for better-looking ones.

We are visiting from out of town and were excited to find a Nothing Bundt Cakes!!!! Of course the bundtlets were amazing. I had the carrot bundtlet and a red velvet. Absolutely delicious!

Ordered a birthday cake with all the extra decorations for a work party. Our office runner went to pick it up on correct date and time and they argued we did not have an order. Thankfully my guy had the receipt showing the date and time and proving we DID have an order- then instead of giving us what we ordered they gave us an UNDECORATED chocolate cake. He told them that was not what we ordered and they insisted it was- like we wouldn’t know?! We ordered strawberry!!! No apologies or offer to make it right, or refund of the cos of decorations. When the cake arrived at the office I had to call and talk to a manager, who was absolutely rude and asked me to prove that was not what I ordered- like I was lying. Only after I was able to email a copy of my order confirmation with all the correct information to her would she concede to give me a full refund-Still with her attitude and no apology. If you’re gonna order from here, be sure you keep your paperwork because although their cakes are delicious their customer service sucks.

I just tried them for the first time and they are so delicious 🤤.. I got the dozen cupcakes, half red velvet and half raspberry!! I have pictures but I already ate 2 lol.. I will be getting more soon.. Thank u so much.. I was very satisfied.. The icing was off the chain!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I highly recommend.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The guy that took my order was very nice and normally the red velvet selection bundle cake I choose on my cheat sweet day I am completely satisfied. The cake was dry, hardly any chocolate chips and when I opened it the icing stuck to the top of the other end of the container they put it in. This must wasn't a fresh one I have never received nothing like this from Nothing Bundt. I just trashed it. Pretty disappointed.
