Food was very hot and fresh, My Mom and I went after shopping around 4:45-5:00pm and everything was very good. The lobby and seating areas were clean, bathroom was very clean also. I love Panda Express!

The food was good, and the service needed some work. When I asked about a to-go order, I was told it's not ready. As I took a table near the cash register, I saw the young man behind the counter hand an order to another customer, and they walked away. After about 20 minutes and everyone in line completing and receiving their orders, I was the only one left... a young lady asked for my name and I gave it to her. She looked for my order and said to the first young man, "You gave away the wrong order!". She said we have to make your food again, but I am doing it right now. This was my first experience with Panda Express, I was not impressed by the service, as it took almost 40mins for me to get a to-go order placed 30mins before I arrived. They did what they could to get me my food, and it was good.

I ordered delivery because I was not feeling well. I haven't had the best experience with Panda Express in the past and was hoping for a better experience. The food was cold when I received it. I ordered 3 meats, only got 2. For all of the food ordered I received 1 soy sauce, 2 hot mustard. None of the other sauces I ordered. My fried rice tasted like white rice with no seasoning. It was truly a disappointing experience and a waste of money.
The teriyaki chicken & rice was not as good, as the time before.
