My wife ordered our child a meal online and we went through the drive thru to pick up said order. We waited at the window for 3-5 and the restaurant was not busy. I loop around and someone greets me on the intercom. She asks for the name on the order and apparently she couldn’t hear because my daughter was making a lot of noise on the backseat. She asked me three time for the name on the order. In an effort to over talk the noise coming from the backseat. I yelled the name. Apparently the worker was having a bad day and assumed that I was yelling at her. She told her manager and the manager named Tristinn brought the food to the window and all but threw it to me. I said “thank you” to Tristinn, she proceeds to say “yep” and slam the window in my face. I turn around to speak to a manager not realizing that Tristinn was the manager on shift, and she was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. She wouldn’t give me the name of the GM or the number for corporate. She basically said that the GM was going to take her side anyway because I yelled at worker. Tristinn is rude and has no business managing anyone. I plan to report to cooperate.
I have historically been a huge Panera Bread fan and came at least once a week. My favorite menu items were the Asian sesame chicken salad, Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, and a lemon drop cookie. After a recent menu revamp, ALL of those items are gone. The new menu items are not good. If you’re looking for alternatives near this Panera Bread location, I’d recommend spending your money at Newk’s Mcalister’s, or Chicken Salad Chick.
This negative review is obviously not reflective of the local staff at this Panera Bread which has always been friendly, the negative review is solely based upon corporate management.

If you are going through the drive through, don’t expect it to be fast. It takes about 15 minutes to get your food even if you are the only person in line, and they are often out of the majority of what’s in the menu. Very slow. Don’t go there if you are in a rush to go to work or be anywhere on time.
