We placed an order for delivery and given an estimate of 38 minutes. After 55 minutes and with the live tracker not working, we called to make sure the order went through. We were told the pizza was on its way. Two hours after the order was placed we still had not received the food so called again and were told it the driver said they delivered it. After some back and forth, they offered to remake it so we drove out to pick it up. No refund was given on the delivery fee or driver tip. We will not be ordering from here again

I stayed at hotel during recent storms.Ordered pepperoni & ham large pizza..pepperoni ok but HAM WAS SMALL CHUNKS OF SOMETHG THAT TASTED LIKE SPAM..thew most away for $20..CAN BUY THAT AT GROGERY FOR $5..VERY DISSAPOINTED.NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN.!!

The service was ok. I ordered a Hippy Pizza, thin crust medium & small, and a drink at lunch. Cost 22.00. Then noticed I could have chosen the daily special which was the same thing for less. This was not told to me but on a piece of paper taped to the counter.The tea was spoiled so I got a sprite which was awful as well. Maybe the drink machine needs assistance? The pizza was not good either and I am being very lenient. The crust was hard- taste like a communion cracker. The toppings were not good. The artichoke was chewy leaves, not like a heart, and the tomato was not ripe, flavorless and mushy. A Toni's frozen pizza would have tasted better and been cheaper. The music was good tho. I don't see the hype about this place at all.

After they messed up the wings from my order, I went back to get a replacement. They forgot to sauce the wings. While there, one of the workers asked if I "just wanted him to add the sauce". I told him no because of cross-contamination. After sitting there and watching the workers, I noticed none of them were wearing gloves. I even watched one of them cash customers out and go right back to handling pizza crusts without washing his hands. I was absolutely disgusted! Instead of letting me know my wings were ready, I had to ask. They were placed on the rack with the other orders. If you know I am waiting due to an error on the store's end, why not let me know when my order is ready? I was waiting about 15 minutes. Originally, the entire order did not take that long.

Do not visit this Papa John’s location, Lakeland Drive, Flowood, MS. The service is completely horrible. The manager ANNA BELLE avoids talking to customers about issues regarding their order and leaves the front desk workers to deal with dissatisfied customers. It took 120 minutes for our order of two pizzas, cheese sticks and chicken bits to be cooked. This was a pick up order. We received no explanation or apology for the delay until I asked to speak to the manager, ANNA BELLE. After an hour waiting, she tells me that one of the drivers took half of my order out to be delivered to another customer, so they had to remake our order. I also had other food in the car that was getting cold at this point. I was offered a full refund for my order but I am still skeptical about visiting this location again. I would suggest that you all let customers know ahead of their ordering that you are short on staff, etc. and that orders are taking MUCH longer than usual. I would have appreciated that information prior to ordering. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever at this location. They took my money immediately and I’m sure it’ll take 5-7 business days for me to receive it back. Seems like I could have simply received cash back since you already had your money from me. #IRRITATED!
Friendly, polite, and delicious. I moved from the Jackson area and this has to be one of the best Paja Johns. Every order has been great. I mean the softest garlic rolls, they get the timing right almost every time!

This was my first visit to this Papa Johns. I was greeted by the friendly staff as i walked in the door to pick up my mobile order. I decided to try the new Italian Papa Bowl for the first time. There was definitely enough to feed 2, and it was REALLY GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this Papa Johns. Friendly and professional staff, fresh hot food and clean restaurant. I'll be back!
