The whole concept of this place of an absolute scam. The website looks really well done and gives you the impression that this place is just a small spot that only does take out. The prices seemed a little high but I just figured that meant they were probably really good. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong. First of all, the website fails to mention that this restaurant doesn't really exist. It is "a virtual kitchen located inside another restaurant." AKA they somehow contracted IHOP to make their food for them and that's where you have to pick it up. Should have known something was wrong when the only number listed to call is a 1-800 number. There is no customer service to call and even get any of this information. The quality of the food is mediocre at best and worth maybe half of what they charge at best. They left out the sauces that I paid extra for. IHOP isn't responsible for any of this either because it's not their orders. This place is nothing but a scam and needs to be closed down ASAP. It should honestly be illegal to operate this kind of business.

Cannot get ahold of anyone to let them know they stole 30 dollars from me today when they delivered fries instead of my cheesesteak. If this is how they run their business, I don’t know how someone hasn’t raised hell with these guys. Unprofessional setup and function.

FALSE ADVERTISING! I raised hell with UberEats and am after these fraudsters. Their homemade brownie bites for $9 is just a literal sad brownie in a wrapper. They couldn’t even bother to take the wrapper off and cut it up into bites. This is a $4 item MAX. Then there’s the “cheesesteak.” I’ve never been to Philly but I know what a cheesesteak is and it ain’t it. Anyone from up there would be offended by this place calling their cheesy chicken chunk sandwich a Philly Cheesesteak. The description advertises thinly sliced chicken. The chicken was clearly from a bag of frozen chicken chunks probably from Sam’s Club. I doubt any restaurant supplier sells frozen chicken chunks that bland and dry. To cover up the dryness they ABSOLUTELY DRENCHED the sandwich in watery cheese sauce, so much that the hoagie was soaked and fell apart in my hands and the wrapper was melted into the bun completely. I couldn’t even peel it off, it had disintegrated into pieces from drowning in cheese sauce. This is such a shame as I like a sloppy, greasy cheesesteak. But don’t try to pass off chicken chunks as a cheesesteak especially WHEN CHEESESTEAKS IS LITERALLY ALL THAT YOU DO! Pissed.
