I have been here a few times, and I haven't had a bad thing yet. The staff appears to be courteous and friendly. Due to the size, it can be a little noisy.

Placed an online order at 4 pm to pick up at 4:30 pm. Got there at 4:35 pm. Ordered a salad, burger, and a kids chicken tender meal. The chicken on my salad was cold (normally it’s hot) and my daughter’s chicken and fries were dry, hard, and cold like they have been sitting out for a long while. Talking rock hard, can’t eat. Cold, hard chicken. She’s 18 months. Paid $38 total for the things we got. I’ve had previous raw chicken served to me here and tonight decided to give it a second chance but we won’t be back. I also stood at the counter at pick up for a while before someone asked me what I was there for. I’m just upset.

It's a good place to go of you want something familiar and not expensive. The food is tasty, not extravagant, and plentiful. The service is good and they don't bother you once you've sat down. Very cafe/cafeteria style.

Atmosphere is severely lacking compared to the original. Feels like any other generic fast casual place.

Burger was decent but not amazing. Chicken strips were mid as well. Fries were the highlight.

Go to the original if possible.

I would give 5 stars 🌟 if I didn't have a bad experience. I know not everytime will be great but this was enough to write a review. I called in my order and went to pick it up. Not friendly when I got there and got home with in complete order. Tried several times to call and only got recording which needs to be updated. So, drove back to restaurant and addressed the issue and luckily the item missing in my order was only one left and thank goodness it didn't sell by time I got back. I didn't get any apology or anything to make up for the time I had to drive back, while trying to call ahead to tell someone but no one answered and just over all was poor service and food wasn't it's best. I will come again in hopes for a better experience.

Rooster's Flowood. My god. It doesn't get any worse than this. I'd say, compared to all 43 other Rooster's, This one takes the cake, FOR BEING THE WORST ONE. Its already a struggle waking up in Flowood, but downright torturing myself by eating here made every effort in my life seem miniscule. There was only one hunk of a man that saved the day in Flowood, Logan himself. All the toil went away when I saw the beautiful man serve me the Stupid Burger. 5/5 SERVICE, Yeah notice the SERVICE part? That's because everything but the SERVICE wasn't even worth mentioning. Save yourself the embarrassment and give the chef hat to Logan.
