Seemed like a slow day for the bakery. Kinda felt rushed through the purchasing process and the Oreo styled donuts weren't the best donuts I've ever had. Kinda, half-assed with little to no toppings... More like a vanilla frosted donut instead. Donut itself was pretty good otherwise.

This is the second time that we have been to this location. The first time our donuts tasted old and were not good. I thought it was just the day or the timing and didn’t think much about it. I usually buy from other locations because I’m not always in this area and I know there are great donuts out there. Shipleys in other locations has always been a good donut place throughout the years so we know what to expect. We decided to give it another chance this morning. Waited in a fairly long line for quite some time for the drive-through and we were thinking surely the donuts will be fresh this time because of how many people are here on a Sunday. The donuts were again, old, slimy and were just terrible. Everyone knows that 1- 2 day old donut taste. I never take the time to post reviews, but hopefully the owner will see that multiple people are saying that the donuts are stale and old tasting, and the donuts are insanely priced. When people spend their money these days, they expect quality. We will not be back.

Shipley’s Do-Nuts is our go to donut spot!! I cannot beat the fast service and super friendly staff! The donuts are always FRESH, the kolaches are amazing, and the iced coffee is top notch. Highly recommend this place!!

I placed an order on June 9 for $118 worth of donuts. I ordered glazed and then a mixture of other types of donuts. I was to pick them up around 3 today. When I went to get my order it wasn’t even packed up which would’ve been ok if they would have had all the types I ordered. About half of the mixture of donuts had to be replaced with other types. I don’t understand why I had to order and pay in advance if they were not only not ready but they didn’t even have all I ordered.

It says this location closes at 7pm on Google and their sign in the window. They closed it at 6:25pm. I don't recommend this location, it use to be run right but not so much now.
They literally just lost my order for heart shaped donuts after it was paid for and the money came out of my account and then gave me these bullseyes as a replacement

I have been multiple Shipley locations and visited this one for the first time and was VERY disappointed!! The breakfast sandwich was okay, but the donut holes and cinnamon rolls weren’t fresh at all at 7:00 am! It seems like they had been refrigerated or frozen and taken out to serve customers! They had a weird, stale taste!
