this is my first visit here. Not impressed. my meat patty was very dry obviously cooked earlier. the seasoning they put in it was very salty. bun and toppings were fresh and good. I did not try their fries, even though tempting. I am willing to give this place another shot, but if it isn't better than this one. i won't be back. This place has been shut down

The staff is friendly. The restaurant is very clean. The burgers are AWESOME! The cajun fries are sooo good too! The prices are very reasonable. This place is very underrated. Check it out. Oh, the salad bar is very fresh too.

My experience with Simple Burger today was very disappointing. I placed an order through Waitr. The delivery was quick. However, the food was not good at all. The garlic parmesan fries were hard, cold and had the taste of old grease. The turkey burger was way beyond charred--it was burned. The turkey burger was also extremely salty. I ended up taking a few bites and throwing all of it away. I hate wasting food. However, I refuse to waste calories on bad food.

Just went to try and eat lunch with my mom- when we walked in the woman taking our order was the rudest! Started out with an attitude- tried to continue to order my food and when I didn’t tell her what bun I wanted in the proper order- that set her off. I ended up looking at my mom right in front of her and said let’s go somewhere else. I’ve been there a time before and really enjoyed my food and the service but whoever new is working in the front really needs customer service training! #salesprevention

The food was great! One of the best burgers I've had in the Jackson metro! We received our order faster than expected! The entire menu wasn't on the screens, so that made ordering pretty confusing.

My wife and I ate here after a long day of Christmas shopping. The burgers were just fabulous. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean & bright. If you want a "real" cheeseburger, you need to check this place out.
