I submitted feedback via email. We love smalls - the closest thing to a homemade burger quick. And the queso is š¤¤ but the delivery has been poor. I have ordered delivery twice in the last week and one order was missing the drink and queso and now this most recent order was missing the queso. Kind of sucks to pay for something youāre not getting (and craving). Might want to inform management at your Willis location.

I was really looking forward to trying this place as it was so hyped up as it was being built in Alexandria. We waited in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes and then when we got to actually order the employee was rude and seemed like he didnāt want to even be there. The cost of the food was ridiculously high for the value of the food. I ordered a shake and it was completely melted and basically chocolate milk. We returned it back to the employee and got a refund. When the food came it was in a styrofoam take out box with no logo or branding. It looked like boxes you could buy at Walmart. The food was sub par at best. The buns were way too greasy and all I could taste was meat and grease. I couldnāt even taste the āsmauceā, the waffle fries werenāt good either and tasted like they were generic frozen waffle fries. Honestly over all I could have made better food at home for WAY cheaper. Donāt waste your time or your money. Itās not worth it. (Alexandria, La location)

Got my order wrong after returning sending the same food back to them , to get corrected they sent the same exact food back out with a fry I bit off as well(Alexandria Location )
Not sure what the big deal isā¦ Itās just a small burger on a decent bunā¦ Itās OK itās not great. Thereās absolutely no seasoning on the meat. Itās behhh

The burgers and fries are amazing. My only regret is that I can never finish my food- 2 sliders and I can only eat some of the fries! Easy to portion as you want, and plenty of it.
The burgers are nicely done, the fries are crispy and hot.
It's a particular burger style (I've seen some folks complain in other reviews) but it's really yummy. The cheese and sauce options seal it for me. The burgers are overloaded, but you can actually taste the ingredients and they are great!
It's much better than a Krystal's, no inside seating though.

Food was good but nothing special. Not really much options double, queso, or bacon was about all the options given. No chicken or pork slider options here. The GameDay atmosphere was there with the astroturfing and outdoor dining. Service was friendly and fast.
