Well there are 4 kids working And your line is very long and they don’t seem to be in any hurry. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this isn’t the first or even second time that this has happened. And you can’t get out of the drive thru line or I definitely would have!

I went with my daughter and she didn’t like the smoothie with the banana and the lady remade it for her without even asking!

I was in the drive thur waiting for my smoothie. I look through the window to the back of the store and this girl was on her phone the entire time! She did not move a muscle or even bother helping out her other two co-workers. Simply typing away and even scrolling in the middle of her job! Meanwhile this young boy and another girl were finishing up my order. If it was not for the young boy and the other young girl I would've given this review a one star. I hope something like this won't happen in the future.

Smoothies always taste like they’re not cleaning their equipment properly . Save your money and go somewhere else!

Really annoying yall can't just run to kroger or something and restock coconut water.. the past 4 times I've tried to get my usual vegan smoothie sub juices for coconut water they are just out. It really can't be that hard.

The hold place needs cleaning and freezer needs replaced because of build up of old food . Place needs a good cleaning,the blenders need cleaning from front to back. I love this place and the folks are friendly. This will draw more business. Organization will help.

Ordered a smoothie on drive thru.. the smoothie had a weird taste and texture.. i went inside to check to see if it could be redone.. inside was the most disgusting SK I’ve ever been to.. i asked for a refund because of how nasty the restaurant looked

1:30 in the afternoon and only 2 people working. After watching 5 people in front of us get served, the employee just forgot about me, served 3 others. Started mine and then walked away talking on the phone. We won’t be back. My husband went over to Chipotle, was served, ate 1/2 a bowl as he shared the other 1/2 with me, and we were still waiting.

I went in to get me a bowl with the chocolate nibs and I asked for no granola. They proceeded to add granola so I asked them could they remove the granola because I asked for them to remove it and they did not even remove all of the granola and the girl took out the strawberries and only put basically 3 in there. There were so many gnats that I was disgusted and the smell was very pungent. The experience was horrible because there was so much playing going on that they could not focus. They were complaining about orders that they had to make and it was such a tacky look. They are literally there to work.

The workers were absolutely too playful and forgot about my order and said oh what did you have. There were gnats everywhere and I began to itch while standing there. The stench was funky it smelled like dirty mop water and mold. They did not give me much fruit compared to the normal servings size that I typically get from any other smoothie king. I watched them make another bowl that was completely filled. I am so dissatisfied with the service and I won’t be back. The workers should not be fighting bugs while making customers drinks.

Upon walking into the establishment we were greeted by the smell of dirty dish water/ a moldy-mildewy type smell. Just decided to leave at that point.

I really did not intend to go to smoothie king, but I said I’ll try it out. I was not greeted with an hello, I was greeted with, a sigh . Then the young man, after getting up out his seat says, “You know what you want?” He gave no recommendations, still no decent customer service. The young lady working with him says to him, “you didn’t have to be so mean.” He replied to her that he wasn’t being mean, but obviously, she, the young lady working with him, understands that he gave crappy service. I walked out. You can’t get my money with crappy services.
