Didn't listen to a word I said due to talking into the mic. Milk shake 100% sour. I called to let them know, and the response was, "Well, I guess I will tell the manager, and she hung up." I'm glad we dont live where this would be a regular for us.

This place is insanely slow every single time. I have tried and tried to give them my businesses but never again. If I wouldn’t have ordered on the app and paid I would have left. The app doesn’t work properly either unless you go through drive through. I’m done here and suggest you don’t come here either.

October 4 @ 11:08pm…. I hate this place!!! The staff always has an attitude!! I ordered 2 of the $1.99 small milkshakes. When I got to the window I was told they were a different price. I told her the sign states small shakes are $1.99. She said the sign needs to be taken down!!! Like what?!?! So I asked for the manager. The managers attitude was worser than the first staff member!! I told her she’s supposed to honor what the sign says. She said no, the sign shouldn’t be up!!!! It’s not my fault that the sign is still up and my ordered should be honored since the sign is still up!! These people are unprofessional and have terrible customer service. IF THE SHAKES ARE NO LONGER THAT PRICE THEN THEY SHOULD BE DOING THEIR JOB BY REMOVING THE SIGN!!!!!! Just pathetic!!!!

This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. I have sat in a small line for over 30 minutes and still don’t have my food. This Sonic can not handle a drive through. Only come here if there is no one in the parking lot or be ready to give them 45 minutes of your life for a Dr. pepper….

This location is such a disappointment for the sonic franchise. I’ve been here multiple times and there has been some variety of issue at each visit. Whether it be long lines, no one taking my order, messed up food, or most recently I had to throw a shake away because it smelled and tasted spoiled? The other locations in the area are so much better than this one.

I have always ate here never had a problem till today I spent $16 on a meal ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon they charged me the $1.10 for the bacon never got it and plus that’s not chicken. Took them 30 mins to even give it to me.

Do you like waiting 40 minutes in a line that’s 6 cars deep? If you do, should come here. If you value your time don’t stop by this sonic. There are 2 others wishing 4 miles that will be worth your time. These people have no sense of urgency and make sure to make this fast food job as difficult as possible. Seriously, not worth your money.

I got 2 medium blizzards for $14 which is insane but that’s how this dreadful economy is these days. But if you pay $7 for ice cream for goodness sake FOLL UP THE CUP!?! I got it and it was literally maybe a little over half fill so i had to drive around and go in and show them. Like they don’t care it’s not their food rand they looked at me like i had 3 heads when I asked them to please make it correctly and fill up the cup so she proceeds to dump whip cream in it. Needless to say I got it and left a d won’t be back. They had a Ton of Door Dash Uber Eats to go whatever sitting melting in the counter and that is so wrong. People work hard for their money well some and then you get half melted ice cream or melted drinks half full cold food it’s wrong period. But it’s the world we live in these days. Lesson learned this has happened literally every time we have went to this particular Sonic no joke. It’s either wrong order or no ice or don’t fill up cups or wrong food. Next time Dairy Queen
