Usually gp through drive thru as the inside is not very big. Overall atmospbere is great, staff is a little on the slower side even when they are not super busy but usually friendly.

I think this sonic is proof that sonic was never meant to be a drive thru. Unlike other drive thru chains, sonic doesnt have quite the 'fast food' service time. As a drive in, i can expect to sit, think about what ill have, place my order and wait about 10-15 minutes. The drive thru gives the impression that ill be done in less time than that. Instead, i sat at the 'drive thru' window for 10 minutes waiting for my food. I also wasnt given any cheese sauce with my pretzel despite asking for some. Get over yourselves sonic. You work perfectly fine as a drive in only food service, and dipping your toes into other food service types doesnt suit you. Stick with what you know, and if it aint broke, dont fix it.

I ordered a blue raspberry cream slush with extra cream online. When I picked it up there was no cream in it at all. I asked the guy at the window did they put cream in it and he said” idk I don't make online orders “ so I asked him if he could ask them to remake my slush with extra cream how I ordered. I gave him my slush and he came back in less than a minute with the same slush no cream added..

seems like a bunch of kids playing in the kitchen. Ordered a small pickle fry they rang it up as a side of bacon then proceed to hand me some burnt bacon & laughed about it. Not to mention Soon as I got to the window the young man opened it and said “ no phones allowed “ everyone behind him started laughing hysterically.. then after waiting 10 mins the woman hands me my food laughing..

Wanted to give a better review… everything was good until I encountered the service at window. She had a very bad nonchalant attitude.
If I can give no stars I would. I went to sonics and ordered my food at around 10:11pm. I waited at the drive thru window for 41 minutes AFTER paying for my food. The cashier walked out to give the other customers in line behind me their food who had bigger orders with drinks, when all I ordered was a plain double bacon cheeseburger and medium fry. The more I tried getting their attention, the more the girl with the long orange curly hair ignored me. When I FINALLY got my food, I had mayo, lettuce, tomato... Basically everything I did not want on it. What is so hard about putting only meat, bacon and cheese on 2 buns?? I gave the food back and asked for a refund, because at this point this is ridiculous. I was treated poorly and the customer service was bad. The day shift is okay. The last few times I've been going at night but this was my last straw. As much as I cared for Sonics food, it is not the same. With that being said, I will not be giving Sonics my business again.
I ordered a large mozzarella stick and got zero marinara sauce. I called the store and they said they dont give out sauce anymore, You have to ask for it, yet there was ketchup and mustard in the bag. Just say you forgot to put it in the bag while I choke on these dry cheese sticks
