Ordered a triple smasher burger, they came out and gave me a bag saying there's extra stuff in it. I didn't question it and drove home. Turns out extra stuff means here's someone else's cold order because we were too lazy to make yours.

Can’t tell you how the food was, never got it. Waited 20 mins for a corn dog and a drink and when I called to confirm/cancel I get the run around . Watched cars pull up and leave after my arrival. Worst customer service experience and money wasted because I can’t get a refund !

I did an online order for 2 cups of ice and a sweet tea with no ice. I was the only car there and waited over 10 minutes for my order to be brought out. When I called inside to ask about my order the girl who answered was very rude and had an attitude. If you don't like your job then stay at home.

Ordered and when my Uber got there to pick up my food no one would answer the speaker, they pretended to act closed even though it was only 11:15pm and they are opened until 12:00pm. I cancelled the order and still had to pay for the food I never received.

Stopped by for a quick dinner one night. The carhop was very friendly and talkative. Our food came out quickly. There was personnel walking around emptying trash cans. It looked like they kept the grounds pretty clean. I got the garlic butter burger and it was very good. I recommend. One of the better Sonics I've been to in a while.

I went to this location all through high school and enjoyed it. It was one of the spots to go to. Sadly it is now worse by every metric.
There is a minimum wait time of 15-20 mins no matter how busy they are. They get your order wrong 70% of time. And I've gotten food poisoning from there twice. The first time I stopped going for two years. I thought I'd try again, and bam got it again. If you're a fast food place that isn't fast, can't get orders correct consistently, and serve safe food you should be closed down.
This place has a proven downhill trajectory, I've given it every chance to get better and it hasn't. I will forever turn people away from this location. DO NOT GO THERE. There is a Sonic at Dogwood. GO THERE INSTEAD. It is still somewhat decent for the time being.
To whatever bum is running this place, get out of the food business and do something you actually know how to do. You had a good run, but it is in the publics best interest you hang up the hat and move on to something else. I don't want feedback or empty platitudes from some corporate bot. I couldn't care less about whatever excuses you wanna spout. I won't be calling any support number. I think I said what I said. And I will take every opportunity to turn business away from this location. I'd be a bad person if I didn't. That is how bad your location is.
