I went to this location all through high school and enjoyed it. It was one of the spots to go to. Sadly it is now worse by every metric.
There is a minimum wait time of 15-20 mins no matter how busy they are. They get your order wrong 70% of time. And I've gotten food poisoning from there twice. The first time I stopped going for two years. I thought I'd try again, and bam got it again. If you're a fast food place that isn't fast, can't get orders correct consistently, and serve safe food you should be closed down.
This place has a proven downhill trajectory, I've given it every chance to get better and it hasn't. I will forever turn people away from this location. DO NOT GO THERE. There is a Sonic at Dogwood. GO THERE INSTEAD. It is still somewhat decent for the time being.
To whatever bum is running this place, get out of the food business and do something you actually know how to do. You had a good run, but it is in the publics best interest you hang up the hat and move on to something else. I don't want feedback or empty platitudes from some corporate bot. I couldn't care less about whatever excuses you wanna spout. I won't be calling any support number. I think I said what I said. And I will take every opportunity to turn business away from this location. I'd be a bad person if I didn't. That is how bad your location is.

Fast and friendly service but I'm really disappointed in the corn dog. Forever, I have enjoyed the corn dog, but they just keep getting smaller. The one I got today didn't even taste as good as usual. I would be willing to pay more to get the original corn dog with original flavor and size.
Never thought I'd use the word 'unenthusiastic' to describe a burger. Today I experienced a double cheese, so dry and flavorless, that it made me write a review.
I got a combo. The fries were tasty but the portion, for a large order, was wimpy. A wimpy order of fries. And whoever prepared my order certainly didn't go out of their way to ensure the sleeve was sufficiently filled. Is this the expectation that employee has when they visit fast food? This store has never been this bad before.
The staff that takes the order to your car is always cool and friendly. They're the best thing about the business!
The problem is the quality and cost of the product. Before the price gouging, I would visit several times a week. Since the price gouging, I visit once a month. Shameful gouging, but every fast food is doing it now. Today however, I spent $13-something for a heaping order of buyer's remorse. There is no timeline that exists where I can justify the waste of money I just experienced: you pay a lot for a terrible meal. After today, I'll be sparing myself that monthly visit.

Love this sonic. An error was made to my order and it was immediately fixed! And my attendant was so kind and apologetic when explaining what happened. More workers should be like him! I hate I didn’t catch his name but he’s great!

Love, love, love me some SONIC! I get a giant chocolate peanut butter milkshake almost every day! And my hubby loves their Banana Milkshake! They have tons of stuff on their menu, and the best summer drinks! And they do happy hour every day! ⛱️?️???♀️☀️?
