I don’t know how hard it is to make a regular tatter tot but I’m pretty sure it don’t have cheese on it. I have had too many orders come out wrong and the phone number to call never works. I’m fed up with receiving the wrong thing when I didn’t order it. It’s not hard to throw tater tots in a bag. This is ridiculous. If you can’t get the order right then you need to double check floors you bring out someone’s food. I work in the restaurant industry and this is just unacceptable.

Several different times, I have paid, and the option to tip using credit card wasn’t available. This has happened on multiple stalls resulting in the car hops losing money considering most individuals use credit. I visit this location regularly as it is only a mile from my house. Have gotten to know a few of the car hops. I don’t understand why this option is only available at certain stalls. Seems like if Sonic had an issue getting their money they would have no problem shutting down/repairing the stall in a timely manner so it blows my mind that this issue has gone on unresolved for so long. Really tells me all I need to know about the corporation. I get that fast food locations expect high turnover, but this blatant disregard for their employees has me wanting to take my business elsewhere.

Drink wasn't what I ordered, they took it back and just added some more stuff to it, didn't mix it or anything, was completely melted by the time they came back out. Food was cold and dry.

We pulled up at 11:20pm and waited ten minutes and no one ever answered the red button. They never said whether they were not taking orders or anything. They close at 12:00 AM! Ridiculous!!

This place has gone horribly wrong. I went there last night, 9/23/2024, at 9:00 p.m. I pressed the red button and heard a girl ask me for my order. I told her what all I wanted, and she replied with, "Okay." That was it. She didn't say anything about what my order would cost, no new information appeared on the screen, and she said nothing about my order being out soon. About five minutes later, I pressed the red button again and asked what my order would cost, and a girl (maybe the same one) said somebody would tell me the cost when my food was brought to me. There were other employees in the room with her, and one of them looked out the glass door at me. I said, "Okay," and left. I wasn't going to stick around for such pitiful service. I had been going to that place occasionally since 2006, and I won't be back until I find out that this train wreck has been cleaned up.

I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out pretty quickly. I took a bite and the texture was a bit off, kind of more chewy than a normal chicken sandwich so I investigated the chicken patty. It was a completely raw chicken patty that had spent enough time in the fryer for the outside to be warmed up a bit. I pushed the button on the menu and told the people inside, their response was basically "would you like something different?" No, I don't want anything to eat at this point! I just ate raw chicken! I called the number on the receipt and spoke to a very nice Indian woman somewhere who was also disgusted with the situation and said that the situation would be given priority and to expect a call from the district manager who at this point is either dealing with several cases of this magnitude or just doesn't see the issue as being the priority level that I do. So seeing that no one really cares if they give you food poisoning at this location, I would recommend that you either avoid it or at the very least check your food very thoroughly before eating it. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Waited 20 minutes for a large cake no ice the screen informed me it was on the way it hasn't even came out yet. Pressed the button workers seem mad and pissed and then brought my drink out wrong. I know the person was the only car hop but doesn't mean the people inside can't get my drink finished and right.
