I was in the mood for some Peppermint white hot chocolate after shopping in Target, and despite the Saturday crowd and line, the baristas were very friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get everyone’s drinks out in a proper time. Plus, it was delicious! Great experience!

It’s was horrible both times i went in they were playing around in the place they make it and they weren’t paying attention to there customers it’s the day after christmas and they told me they discontinued all there holiday drinks there were very rude, i went the 2nd times within a hour to get another drink because i had dropped it and i was the only one in there and the girl sydeny i told her a caramel Macchiato FRAPPE just like the first time and she gave me something else with crunch on top it wasn’t even the same drink i asked for i had a bad experience and i do not like that starbucks I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!

I meant to make this review a couple of months ago, but I am finally getting around to it. The baristas here have such fantastic hospitality. I was in town attending to some family matters and decided to work from Starbucks that day. As I was setting up, I spilled my drink EVERYWHERE. I felt so bad, but one of the young men who worked there immediately came over and helped me move my things and began cleaning up and mopping. Another young man handed me another drink as the other mopped up. I did not catch their names, but they deserve all the kudos for their friendly and helpful attitude.

I would give zero stars if that was an option… the staff completely ignores you and they don’t care.
Never make your drink right. Maybe my fault for not realizing it until I get to my destination that they can't do anything about it if you aren't in the store for a refund. No cold foam that I paid an extra $1.25 for and the shaken espresso obviously shouldn't look this way. For $9 your drink should be made right and correctly. This location is a mess.

The service definitely is getting worse . Me and my mom go every Sunday to get a drink and lunch ,the last couple visits the don’t acknowledge you and just walk past you . We stood for like 10 minutes at the previous visit and never got helped so we left . This Sunday everybody was just looking at us like we were stupid or something lol . If I’m paying 30 dollars at an establishment I’m expecting good service period. Probably not going back for a while , their drinks and food is good though just not the service .
