Needed a caffeine fix and there were probably 8 cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in. No one was inside so I thought it was going to be quick. There were three people at the counter and not one of them said hello. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. So I left without my caffeine and went to Cups. Definitely ruined my love for Starbucks. Customer Service in Flowood 0/10!

I ordered coffee this morning and had it delivered via DoorDash.. whoever wrote to the beautiful destiny on my cup your super sweet!! Made my day! I’ve never had a Starbucks write a sweet message on my cup before and it makes all the difference!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but enough is enough. I’m tired of spending $7 on a coffee at this Starbucks hoping this time it’ll be made correctly—only to be disappointed again. Please properly train your staff to make a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso the way it’s intended, without burnt espresso and off proportions.

And it’s not just this one drink—it’s been multiple items, multiple visits. This is not simply a barista issue; this is a clear failure of management and training. At this point, the consistency is so bad it’s almost impressive. Do better.

White lady was very rude to me. She was explaining things in a very rude way. IVE been here twice and my experience with this rude white lady happened again. My drink didn’t come out how I ordered it. Very disappointed with the service here.

I order Starbucks every single morning and went in this afternoon for a meeting and was told to hold someone would be with me in a minute. I ask for a cup of water and was told by the barista jamiria that I had to make a purchase and I told her I could show her on my phone from my Starbucks app that I purchased one this morning and every other morning and she said I had to purchase another one just to get a cup of water. That is absolutely insane.

Absolutely terrible, first they got my drink wrong. Then I politely went inside to get the drink that I ordered the first time, and the second drink was terrible.. taste like dirty sink water, and they didn’t spend anytime making my coffee. so I will not be coming back to this location.

This store is the worst Starbucks in Mississippi. The service attitude is poor, cuts corners in making drinks. The drinks made look like I have no desire to drink, which is simply not the same as the pictures of drinks on the wall. Every time I order Frappuccino, they don't put cream on the top. Every time I ask them for it, sometimes they don't even give cream.I am so disappointed.I won't go to this store to buy drinks again.
