I order Starbucks every single morning and went in this afternoon for a meeting and was told to hold someone would be with me in a minute. I ask for a cup of water and was told by the barista jamiria that I had to make a purchase and I told her I could show her on my phone from my Starbucks app that I purchased one this morning and every other morning and she said I had to purchase another one just to get a cup of water. That is absolutely insane.

Absolutely terrible, first they got my drink wrong. Then I politely went inside to get the drink that I ordered the first time, and the second drink was terrible.. taste like dirty sink water, and they didn’t spend anytime making my coffee. so I will not be coming back to this location.

This store is the worst Starbucks in Mississippi. The service attitude is poor, cuts corners in making drinks. The drinks made look like I have no desire to drink, which is simply not the same as the pictures of drinks on the wall. Every time I order Frappuccino, they don't put cream on the top. Every time I ask them for it, sometimes they don't even give cream.I am so disappointed.I won't go to this store to buy drinks again.

I had an exceptional experience when visiting this location. All of the workers were kind and eager to help and assist. I would like to recognize one employee that stood out, her name was Tori. She went out of her way to make sure me and my mom were comfortable! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality today!
Everything bagel, warmed up with butter and cream cheese, bacon egg bites and a Venti, sugar-free vanilla, add double shot with 2% steamed. Drink was good but service, not do good.

I ordered and paid for almond milk in my coffee due to an intolerance. I watched the employee pour 2% milk in to be steamed and poured it into my drink. When the employee handed my drink in the window, they shut the window and walked away without being able to fix the mistake. I get they were about to close, but please make people’s drink correctly, especially if they order it and have to pay extra for those changes.

Multiple times we have ordered cold brew and received iced coffee. If you’re out of cold brew just let us know you’re replacing with iced coffee please, it tastes very different and is very obvious to some of us. Would have gotten something else if we knew.

I was standing, waiting on my order, I waited for a good 10 minutes. I never said a word I never complained. One of the ladies behind the counter asked what name I was waiting for and I told her and she said with a terrible attitude “it’s sitting right there” Yes, I’m aware that it’s very busy at the moment which is why I never said anything or complained, but that gives you no right to be rude to your customers especially when they’ve been nothing but nice.
