Very unfriendly customer service. I did not get what I ordered. I ordered an Italian cheese and herb bun, he gave me a regular bun. Never again.

I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up the door was locked (noon on Saturday) with no sign on the door. The lights were on so I continued to knock for a while. I finally gave up and was walking back to my car when a guy came and opened the door. As I walked in he started yelling at me that the door was locked for a reason. I told him I just wanted to pick up my online order. He continued to loudly berate me to the point I felt unsafe. He then would start to hand me my order and then snatch it back and yell some more. He was unhinged. I’ve been a regular customer of the store through several management changes but I will never go back.

If I could give it a zero I would. Don’t get me started on how he started making the sandwiches. Then get to check out did not remember what I ordered. Didn’t mark each sandwich so I know which one is which. I get home and every one is upset. Never will I ever go back. Work on your service.

Ingredients are not fresh
If I get sick based on what just ate, expect a lawsuit. I told the employee the pickles were orange, she said that’s all they had. The point of subway is to have fresh items. You have failed at that mission.

Disgusting. Workers talk on their phones while fixing sandwiches making customers wait for extended time. Sandwiches are sloppy, ingredients never fresh. Customer service and presentation of food all around distasteful.

Screwed me out of my food on DoorDash and my money. $25 DOWN THE DRAIN. Received my order “started making it” then closed the store so my dasher could not pick it up. Absolutely disgusting.

Was the worst service I’ve ever received at that location out of the million and one times I’ve been! The lady making the subs was beyond rude and disrespectful! The lady working tonight really needs to work on her customer service skills! This happened on 11/20/2024 at 6:50 pm seriously do better!

The order was not right. It was almost as if everything we asked to leave off of the order was doubled, and obviously counting is an issue for the crew, because we had several items missing from the order. This location has a history of sucking, but they seem to looking to raise the bar or possibly set a record in the field. Impressive. I believe that any positive reviews this location gets are made by either the staff or their relatives, trying to keep a falling business alive. Don't go here, unless you have a disappointment fetish, because these folks can't even reach the level of mediocrity. And honestly, I'm being nice here.

If you’re in the mood for subway, don’t even try this location. The girl with the green hair needs to be retrained. First off, I asked for 50% extra meat and she said she couldn’t do that but it explicitly says it on the app that you can. Ok fine, I just doubled the meat. She then piles the meat up and gave me a small amount of cheese. I literally had to search the sandwich for the cheese. Next, she touched the cash register and went right back to touching food. She didn’t even cut my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted like I asked. I spent $30, next time I’ll just make my own sandwich.

This location is supposedly under new ownership. It is hard to imagine that it could be worse than the previous ownership; however, that was my experience today. We had to announce our presence to get the employee to emerge from the back. She immediately started complaining about how her coworker didn’t show up, and she wasn’t even suppose to be there. Then she listed off all of the things that had to be done for prep work and told us about all the dirty dishes. She had no earthly idea how to make a sandwich. We had to tell her how to do it. She didn’t know how much meat to put on the sandwich. The bell peppers were one inch thick, and the tomatoes fell apart when she picked them up. She tried to roll up my foot long flatbread from the short end. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Subway, and I will never give this location another shot.

I placed a lunch order online 15 minutes before arriving, waited 15 minutes to get to the counter and was told my order was cancelled because they were busy. I'd have understood if they hadn't been able to start it, but to cancel and not even bother to call to tell me. I won't be going again for a long time.

I do not know what your definition of fresh is but mine is not old stale bread. Of the 2 times i have eaten from this location my bread was rock hard first time then stale second time. So definitely not fresh. Well at least the wheat bread is crap
I placed my order online and got home, it wasn't fixed correctly. I called up there to make a complaint and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I will be using another subway for now on.

Just stopped by first time since new owner. Store is clean and the food is fresh. Both workers were courteous and mad 4 footlongs very fast.
