There was only 1 worker at the Subway side in Loves Travel Center. And I have to say. TICO was absolutely phenomenal. For being 1:30 A.M. she was very upbeat, professional, friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, etc. I could go on and on about her service. She was very patient and understanding with me on helping me to figure out what I wanted to eat. And took the time to make suggestions and explain things to me. Her service will have me enjoying my food more now. I don't really eat Subway hardly anymore these days. Its been about 3 years but something made me go in there. And because of her action today I will come eat more often. Everyone needs an employee like her. She should be a training manager so she can teach other how to be like her. With a nice pay raise of course. Thank you so much TICO

It is one of the worst locations I've been to across the USA due to the attitude of the one female employee with glasses. Apparently, Subway takes care of Chester's chicken orders and cash. Asked for some chicken and got nothing but ? rolling and a poor attitude. She wouldn't answer any questions and kept mumbling. Asked if she was ok because something was so wrong but continued with the poor service and walked away with even more attitude.The manager or supervisor took over, and he took care of everything. Wow, food was good, but the poor attitude left a bad taste. I don't even know why ???????? Based on the reviews, this has been allowed to go on for a while. I'm not sure why the owner accepts or allows this.

Very unprofessional worker at subway. The person making my sandwich kept having full blown conversations over my food and that’s disgusting cause some people spit when they talk. This person also took forever . Couldn’t even take the time to put the sandwich together in a presentable manner. Was very careless.

1/3/2022 2:36am This place has employees that just don't care. Came in and ordered a 6" sandwich, didn't even asked if I wanted it toasted but she did anyway. She dropped the rack that you used to remove the sandwich from the toaster,then turned and looked at me picked it up and used it to remove my sandwich. Then asked what I wanted on it. I calmly said nothing no thanks. She at least could have washed it !!!!!
