I have worked in many and many restaurants, and visited many, but I have never seen a worst customer service in my entire life, at this point through the food in my face. If you don’t know who to talk to people, do not work in restaurants.

Placed an online order at 11:30 came in around 12 to pick it up. Order hadn’t even begun being made. Store wasn’t busy at all. Still took over an hour to get my sandwiches and when I finally got them, one was incorrect. I’m not one to get upset, I get that working this type of job isn’t fun but this was really frustrating.

Unbelievable. The owners refuse to run the AC, keep a broken Coke machine just to avoid giving refills (bottles only), and don’t accept coupons. What kind of business model is that? No wonder the lobby was empty during lunch. Cutting corners like this is how you lose customers.

This review is about and for Atlantis and the awesome job she does in an environment with no air conditioning while having a smile on her face and offering up great service while doing so.She’s a true gem and a treasure for this particular Subway location so don’t take her or having good employees for granted.And please get the air conditioning unit fix it’s not only hot in the facility for your employees like her but for customers like myself as well and propping the door open is doing little to nothing especially as it’s starting to get increasingly hotter now that we are headed into the spring into the summer.

I haven't ordered from this subway location in quite some time until yesterday. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised and 100% completely satisfied with the food quality and also the fast and courteous service!UPDATE 4/27/23: I have ordered several times since my initial review and I can't say enough great things or even explain the level of satisfaction I've experienced EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Great staff and they make a Subway sandwich the way they should be made. I pass 2 other subway restaurants just to go to this one on Ridgeway in Flowood, trust me, it's worth the drive!
