This is one of those restaurants that I find it a privilege to dine at. From being greeted at the front door to having the pleasure of excellent service with the staff, each moment at Table 100 really made my birthday feel special. Also, shout out to Andrew for being fantastic as our server, mainly because he was very attentive but not overbearing, which is the best quality in someone who takes care of food services. Super fantastic experience every time we have the opportunity to dine here. 15/10 would recommend to everyone!

There may be one or two other places that combine such great service and excellent food in one location, but I haven't found them yet.

Fine dining restaurants with many private room options.
I was part of a large party in a private room. The appetizers were served buffet style which was surprising to me given the reputation of the place. We had a set menu and ordered from there. I got the redfish and it was pretty good - not the best I’ve had but not terrible either. Again, expected more from a restaurant of this caliber.

The Filet was perfect. Almost could have used a fork. My duck was good and the spinach and brown rice was next level. The bread pudding was excellent and huge. A great atmosphere and the we had fun guessing what year the song was from being played by the piano player. And if you were wondering the late 60s and early 70s rules the list. A great place to have nice meal but I’ll definitely get something other than the duck next time (and I love duck).

Have read many reviews with many restaurant visits but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write one. I and two friends came here by way of recommendation. And after reading the reviews wished we had experienced what so many have described. But low and behold this is the tale of three separate visits ending in a sorrowful disaster.
On the first visit we wanted to try your weekday lunch special. So upon my ordering the sweet tea brined chicken I was informed that you do not offer such in dark meat (leg and thigh) only in light. Hmmmm, offers fried chicken but only half, go figure. I then change my order to a veggie plate consisting of black eyed peas, butter beans, garlic spinach (very tasty), and risotto. Was all good but the risotto was cold. Had the bread pudding for desert(have had much better in many places) not bad. The coffee was Great.
Second time was a week later and made sure we didn't come on chicken day. I had the brisket bits in gravy over rice but unable to remember what else with it. It was INEDIBLE as cooked. The meat was so overcooked that as you chewed it, it got bigger like ball of cotton. We had the toffee drizzle pudding and coffee and that was off the charts good.
Found ourselves back in Jackson on Saturday last and dropped in for a meal. This is where everything goes sideways. We all three ask about price of and serving size of the Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo. Then ordered the same. The young lady server spoke in a tounge that was difficult to understand. It was English but at a very high rate and I even commented on it and asked her to slow down so we be able to follow what she was saying and she acknowledged but to no avail. I thought it was strange that she was telling us that it came with slaw and fries. After some time, she brings the gumbo and informed us the rest of the food would be out soon.
After tasting the gumbo and stating the rue is some of the best I had ever tasted, to my dismay the gumbo was cold. I flagged our server down and requested the kitchen heat the gumbo to an acceptable temp and she did so very politely. After another length of time ( note: the place was not busy)she brought it back and said again that our food would forthcoming. The gumbo was delicious. We finished and was waiting on our slaw and fies when she showed up with plates of fried shrimp to which when questioned about the shrimp, in her vernacular, it sounded like they were throwing in some shrimp because the food took so long to come out. And the shrimp was cold.
So what happened was when we ordered shrimp and sausage gumbo, she heard shrimp, and sausage gumbo and that is how got served something we Didn't order and when the mistake surfaced she said there was nothing she could do on the tab. I considered asking for a management representative but the two gentlemen that had accompanied me to Table100 were in shock and I could not predict if they would go off in there so I settled the ticket and removed them to outside.
This event has dominated their everyday conversation since and thus am glad I moved quickly to deescalate. The coffee and toffee drizzle pudding were excellent.

Monday’s lunch special is brought to you by Table 100!
$15.00 - Smoked Sweet Tea Chicken + 2 sides + Choice of bread and a drink. Also includes a side of BBQ sauce.
The chicken was so moist and flavorful with a tad of a kick. Green beans are al dente and garlicky deliciousness. The mashed potatoes could taste more like potatoes but it’s still edible.
Definitely will be added to my Monday rotation for work lunch.
Order via Toast app and earn points! My next lunch plate will be $10!! Make ya holla!
