I go to the location at lunch as it is near my office. I've never had any issues during lunchtime. The staff is polite and my order is made as requested.
Vegetarian options: Most of the menu can be flipped to a vegetarian dish. Cheese Quesadilla, veggie power bowl, cheesy potatoes, bean burritos, etc. You can sub meat for beans on the dish and these you have it.

People were okay, the food was horrible. The crisps tasted like and smelled like burnt motor oil. The tacos were cold, the burritos were congealed, and they also had a nasty smell. My wife and I took a few bites and promptly fell ill. We missed work from food poisoning. I have for weeks tried to get Taco Bell corporate to respond, but to no avail. No one answers their Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook. Their website also will not allow you to submit a complaint. If you have praise, it will but not a complaint. Will spend my money else where and, you would be wise to do so as well.
