The food is usually right but I’ve never been here and waited less than 15 minutes on my food, even after ordering on the app. I can guarantee they will take forever every time I come here.

The food we were given was good, but when you leave off part of what we ordered and we still have to pay for those items that's not good. I get it if the order is huge and full of crazy asks, but it wasn't. I gave a three on the atmosphere because the outside parking lot and whole outside building had no lights on. Dark. The atmosphere was dark.

All I need was one clean look at the windows for me personally to determine how clean the restaurant is . If windows ain't clean imagine the inside . Employee outside smoking Made it worse for me. Again this is just my opinion

It’s hit and miss. Sometimes it’s so good. But other times, like tonight, it was really sad my tacos are so soggy they fold in half and when I unwrapped them , they tore apart from being stuck to the wrapper. The cheese sauce that came with my chips was pretty much empty and a not normal consistency. And my street chalupas were dry, and over cooked and half empty. Tonight was very disappointing

The lady taking my order gave Chick fil a a run for their money. The tacos were great ! But, They did not give me my sauces and they only gave me 1 of the three cinnamon twists. The one order of cinnamon twist tasted like burnt grease. I’ll go again but I’ll definitely check my bag before I leave and check the twist before I leave.
Drive through Got the nacho bell grande and the chips were disgusting. Like they were stale and then fried in stale oil that should have been thrown out last month. When asked what sauce we wanted my friend asked for mild sauce we got a dozen hot sauces instead.
