We attempted to go through the drive through. The person taking our order was clearly annoyed which pissed us off after an 8 hour drive (holiday travel). There were three workers, one of which wandered around looking lost asking everyone in the drive thru line if we were there for doordash. After about 15 minutes of watching angry customers go in and ask the employees what the hold up was, the employees looking lost and confused and watching the cars in line ahead of us leave we decided to leave as well. Why is this place even open? The employees clearly don’t want to work/don’t know how to work and the reviews plus our experience clearly show that. Definitely won’t be coming back when we travel through this area again.

Just an overall joke of an establishment. The workers always have attitude and act as if handing you a bag of food is inconvenient for them. They have no professionalism and you can hear them over the drive through laughing about the terrible service they provide.

Did an instore pickup and the lobby door was locked. It was only 7 pm. Had to go through the drive thru and waited for over 20 mins. I already paid for my food. Sounds like someone doesn’t know how to provide correct customer service. If you don’t have enough employees to be able to provide service… then why are you even open. Bet my food will be cold by the time I get it.

They just seem annoyed if we come inside I know that they’re supposed to be consistency in the food business were they consistent about pointing you to the kiosk to put your own order in even whenever I told him I’m new to this. I don’t know how to use all this yet. I figured it out, though but the point is some ppl can’t read so they can only get so far with it so people can’t see well and some people like that personal interaction. The atmosphere needs work.

Taco Bell your Location in Floowood MS off of Lakeland drive needs to work on their customer service skills. I find it very unprofessional that someone calls your location over 10 times with no pick up or option to leave a message. This is beyond ridiculous. I would 0/10 not recommend this location!! You all owe me money because I was not able to cancel my order because of this.

The food we were given was good, but when you leave off part of what we ordered and we still have to pay for those items that's not good. I get it if the order is huge and full of crazy asks, but it wasn't. I gave a three on the atmosphere because the outside parking lot and whole outside building had no lights on. Dark. The atmosphere was dark.

It’s hit and miss. Sometimes it’s so good. But other times, like tonight, it was really sad my tacos are so soggy they fold in half and when I unwrapped them , they tore apart from being stuck to the wrapper. The cheese sauce that came with my chips was pretty much empty and a not normal consistency. And my street chalupas were dry, and over cooked and half empty. Tonight was very disappointing

The lady taking my order gave Chick fil a a run for their money. The tacos were great ! But, They did not give me my sauces and they only gave me 1 of the three cinnamon twists. The one order of cinnamon twist tasted like burnt grease. I’ll go again but I’ll definitely check my bag before I leave and check the twist before I leave.
