The food we were given was good, but when you leave off part of what we ordered and we still have to pay for those items that's not good. I get it if the order is huge and full of crazy asks, but it wasn't. I gave a three on the atmosphere because the outside parking lot and whole outside building had no lights on. Dark. The atmosphere was dark.
The lady taking my order gave Chick fil a a run for their money. The tacos were great ! But, They did not give me my sauces and they only gave me 1 of the three cinnamon twists. The one order of cinnamon twist tasted like burnt grease. I’ll go again but I’ll definitely check my bag before I leave and check the twist before I leave.
This location consistently has the freshest most well prepared food of any taco bell in the greater jackson area. Don’t let the dated lobby scare you away. These employees appear to care about the product they produce and it shows.
