I ordered Doordash Delivery tonight. I clearly ordered a burrito, and someone took it upon themselves to make me a bowl. Very dry, very nasty. I order from here alot so it was very disappointing. I definitely will not be going back here.

I implore everyone please skip this taco bell until they get a 'new management' sign in the yard. The night crews are especially bad. This has to be one of the worst locations I've ever eaten at and I don't expect much from taco bell. I waited in line for 20+ minutes only to get to the window and they didn't even know what I ordered. When I did get my food it was soggy and the burrito wasn't even wrapped and was causing a mess in the bag. The nachos were just thrown in the bag instead of upright in the container mixing with the unwrapped burrito. My standards are not high and this was just abysmal so much that I had to rant.
Will never visit this location again until management is changed and staffing issues are fixed.

I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but every time I come to Taco Bell it has always been the worse service imaginable. I sit in line for an hour just to get up to the speaker and they tell me to wait. If I hadn’t placed an order ahead of time I would have left.

I very rarely ever leave reviews for fast food restaurants, because I realize that everyone is understaffed, and I have sympathy for that. But I placed an online order, waited 15 minutes to pick it up, and still ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food. I only ordered 3 items. The service is incredibly slow. I didn’t personally have a problem with them being rude, and I understand when your backed up how frustrating that can be. However that won’t stop me from attempting to get a full refund, because waiting a full hour for 3 mediocre items is abysmal. There a plenty of other Taco Bell’s in the area that have way better service, so I’d recommend one of those instead.
Not only was the wait long, but they gave me the wrong order. That’s what I get for not checking it 🤦🏻♂️

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been too on planet earth. They closed the inside of the restaurant at 8 o'clock and asked customers as they were eating to leave. kicked customers out of the building that were in the middle of ordering their food and asked them to go through the line. When you go through the line, and I'm not joking be prepared to wait 45 mins. Just to put the cherry on top of you decide to actually go through this agonizing process your tacos are falling apart cause it's obvious they make the food and let it sit there to be in its upmost worst edible form. If I could give this negative stars I would. Please, I beg you, don't waste any of your precious time going to this horrific excuse of customer service.

Placed online order. Had to wait 30 minutes. Tacos were stale , cinnamon twist stale. There were other people that been waiting too. One lady let them know a certain drink was out the employee just shrugged her shoulders. The customer left without a drink that she had paid for.

This Taco Bell was clean and the food was prepared well. The burrito I ate was wrapped the best I've seen! The restrooms were clean and didn't have any bad smell. One of the best Taco Bells in the area. The staff and manager were also upbeat and friendly.

I’m convinced these people just can’t freaking read I mean tickets come back plain and simple. Wrote down exactly how somebody wants their food. Every time I go to this location they screw up day or night this store is terrible.
Tonight was my last visit to this poor institution. The service sucks they take ten years to make food no matter when you go. They’re all rude. None of the team members want to speak to customers. No one moves with haste everyone in there moving like a snail.
This place sucks! Do yourself a favor. Don’t go here if you’re craving a taco just go get Mexican or wait for del taco to open. This place is terrible.
