I don’t know why I keep coming back to this Taco Bell. I always end up waiting for AT LEAST 45 minutes. And that’s on a good day. The only thing they are consistent with is being painfully.. PAINFULLY slow. Do not attempt to eat here if you value your mental health.

Changing my review because the last few visit have been bad. If you order a Luxe box your lucky if you get the correct one with everything that comes with it... I always order the $9 Luxe and usually something is missing or its the items that come in the cheaper Luxe box.. I love taco bell but this location doesnt seem to care about quality control

Literally no meat on the chunchwrp supreme. I asked for a refund but the person in charge said no refunds. She remade the wrap the very sane way. Very bad management and poor food quality. Avoid at all cost.

I was third in line for drive through. After pulling up, employee asked me to hold for a moment. After 10 minutes, employee never got back to me, so I left drive through and went into the restaurant. Went to counter and was told to order from kiosk. Went to kiosk and was unable to type my name in. I walked out. I could have gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant and been served quicker than this place for not much higher cost, which is what I will do in the future when I want Mexican food.

Food is fine, what you'd expect from Tace Bell. This location must be severely understaffed or mismanaged. Lady at the window was pleasant.

How do I pull up and it’s dead as hell yet I gotta wait 15 minutes for 2 burritos and when I get them they look like quesadillas. Useless people at this location do not go here

We placed a mobile order. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get our order! Then when we pulled up to the speaker we were ignored for 15 minutes! When we FINALLY got to the windows she ignored us for another 15 minutes! We weren't handed our drinks, we didn't get any explanation on why it was taking so long, she didn't even open the window! This place needs to clean house and get people in there that are willing to work!
