I would I could give this a zero. I’ve always been dissapointed in this place but I’d get over it bc it was so close to my house. Until a year ago me and my friend got an order and all of our food tasted like chemicals… idk how else to describe it. It was disgusting. Haven’t been back since today bc the other one was closed… nothing was right and the food was gross and they were stingy with everything!!!! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY.

Location had automated speaker message that said they were closed. I drove by at 2am. Cars in parking lot and lights on inside. They either need new night employees or someone needs to update the hours on Google and Apple Maps.

Taco Bell worker: “ you have to be more specific because you are saying two different things! ”

Customer service just isn’t how it use to be.
I googled “rolled quesadilla” after I left, and what I was asking for was the first thing that popped up..

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It takes no less than 30 minutes every single time I order here. That’s with pre-ordering on the app! The worst part is they don’t even care 🤣

Don't waste your time. Good luck placing an order inside. & don't even try to place a mobile or pickup a delivery from this location. Horrible experience. The employees move slower than the sloths on zootopia. You're best bet is to just wait in line in the drive thru that's wrapped around the building. It's seems to be moving faster than anything else.

This place is absolute trash. The short girl running the register refused to take anyone's order forcing all customers to use the kiosk so she could spend time with her boyfriend that was loitering inside.
The few things that we ordered were wrong. Two items were left off our order. This means I paid $25 for three tacos.
Management has let this store down. Corporate needs to look into the people running this location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst.
Waiting in drive through for 30 min, ordered 3 soft tacos, nothing but lettuce and cheese, maybe a tablespoon of meat, didn't even get any hot sauce, they didn't ask if i wanted any, id post negative 10 stars, never going back and ill tell all my friends, wasted my money, they was rude also 😡

I came two days straight order a number 1 n 2 supreme and a chalupa my #2 was regular the.next day i order a #1. And #6 i asked for my chalupas freshed and light brown they were wet n cold when I told the manager he was adamant about them being fresh I said sir just look at it feel it he refused and only offered a refund.... normally they are goof havent been in a while might not go back for a while

None of the items in my order where made correctly, ordered a bean supreme crunch wrap and instead of putting cheese or potatoes like asked or actual beans on it they stuffed it with tomatoes which i specifically asked for it NOT to have. Didnt have the twists either. No call at all about the items being missing and didnt bother to tell the grubhive driver either. How are you a taco bell and you dont even have beans???? And why did you think tomatoes where a good substitute???

Whats the point of doing half the employees job, when you still cant get your food how you ordered it. Took 5 mins to order it and then they messed up absolutely everything I ordered. 0/10 worst service ever. Taco bell loves giving themselves a crap name.
Horrible experience. No in person ordering, so you not only have to do their job, but after ordering on their tablet, they still managed to screw up two simple orders. Society is screwed 😂🤷♂️
Friendly service. Got our order correct and out to us fast.
