Four years ago I posted a 2 star review for this Taco Bell citing a plethora of ways in which this location was the worst… but they’re under new management and it has made ALL the difference. I was in an out of the drive through, in the middle of lunch hour, in about 3 minutes. Fast, friendly, on the ball… I don’t know your name sir, but well done and keep it up. I hope more people take note as I did. I gave you a fist bump through the window, but here’s a 5 star review for your efforts as well. Keep it up!

The 2 men working there are extremely rude. I came at 9:10 am. There was an employees vehicle here but absolutely no one at the window and doors closed. I come back 30 minutes later there was no one answering at the screen so I pulled around and realized there were now employees at the window. I explained to them I didn't think there'd be anyone there and asked if I could just order at the window. They said no and looked me like I was crazy and said "ma'am we open at 9 that's why there was no one here" those 2 will get no where in life acting like that. I promise that. No work ethic or manners.

It’s literally always a hit or miss with this place. I always order online and when I get home something is missing from the order. I can never get anyone on the phone and the customer service is horrible! There’s always a young in the window whom you can tell does not like her job.

This Taco Bell is the worst! Terrible management, the owner of this store must be completely absent from the operation. Terrible service, burnt Mexican pizza’s every visit, and on the last visit I pulled up to drive thru waited 5 mins for anyone to speak to me at the drive thru menu, pulled up to window, saw the guy taking someone’s order, I asked are you taking orders at drive thru, he said yes, that they are short staffed, that if I pulled away from menu before he spoke to me I would now have to go back around to the end of the line. Horrible!! Will never go back! Terrible place!! Spend your money elsewhere.

Legitimately the worst food I've ever been served at a fast food place. Cold nacho fries that had mounds of seasoning dumped on, additionally cold steak nacho fries that had a literal sheet of cheese, unmelted, glued on. Service took much longer than it should have, given that my order was placed ahead on the app and that I was the ONLY person there.
I love taco bell, but this location is abysmal. The servers have trashy attitudes, and I cannot be confident anymore that I'm gonna get anything close to what I ordered. Needs a management overhaul.

How this place is still open is beyond me, horrible service, employees smoking at the front door in your face, bathrooms haven't been cleaned in hours, they call your name throw your food on the counter and walk away before you get to the counter. All attention is to the drive thru, no attention to the dining room. My last visit. Taco Bell Corporate needs to be embarrassed to take peoples money at this location.

Cashiers are rude. They didn't want to make my order over after they screwed up. Had to sit in the drive thru because they locked the doors to let them know they messed my order up. I asked for my receipt back her response was I threw it in the garbage.
