Went in on September 11, 2025 and the new general manager was super personable and friendly as the rest of the staff. As busy as they were, they worked hard to make the wait time not so bad.

Slowest drive through in the area. Average about a 20/30 minute wait in line. Please get someone who knows how to run the drive through!

Two weeks ago I got the special frosties and felt like I got my money's worth. They had a lot of the goodies on top and it was worth what I was paying for it. Tonight I did a caramel crunch Frosty and there was practically nothing on it. It was chocolate not vanilla ice cream as ordered. All the goodies which wasn't much of anything was in the bottom and it was a joke for the price. I have to assume that the personnel there have not been adequately trained.

Was very impressed by being asked if we were dining in after making a mobile order and us getting our food on trays instead of in bags. Every employee was kind and made our dinner a great experience!

1st time, a young tatted white boy was at the window and didn’t even say ah-choo to me. Just took my card, swiped it, and handed me a bag of cold nuggets then closed the window. No greeting, total cost, or salutation said!
2nd time a few months later, a flamboyant black older man waved me down at the first window. I drove up he’d my card out and he took it and INSTANTLY went ham on the card machine! He slid my card excessively and aggressively about 20xs. Saying, “see watch this.” to the girl working with him. I asked for a receipt considering and this man says to me in the most rudest way, “Guh,it ain’t like I can charge you that many times for one thing.” Steadily going off on me as I drove off about a receipt. Ha!
3. A few more months later. Today, older white lady, working by herself made watery frostycino. Gave it back. Claim to me she knew what she was doing and she makes it all the time (shame cause that mess was water coffee diluting frosty). She told the guy who was late coming in, “GET THESE PEOPLE” but buddy was clocking in and doing what he does. She tossed my drink and asked as if I was bothering her nerves what else I wanted I said OJ (no one is behind me in the drive thru). She says, “here take this crap I don’t care I’m done!” Lol like she had a slew of cars behind me that it would run her window time up.
This is by far the Worse Wendy’s ever!!!! The workers there are always never failing rude! I will drive 3 to 5 miles just to go to another Wendy’s and get better service from happier people. I hope it’s owned by someone else!
And I’m back a year later to say it still suck and they don’t even speak or tell you what the hell u ordered. Just look at you grab the money hand the bag shut the window… next. Ugh

Always some reason we can't get our food
How far Wendy's has fallen since Dave passed away is horrifying. I ordered the Single and terrible doesn't begin to describe it. From the lettuce that was a rib of the stalk, two pickles , an abundance of onions on the burger was as low quality as you can get. And the brioche bun is awful. Cold and slick. Lastly when I tasted the first bite of the meat it honestly smelled close to dog food. Will never go back to Wendy's and that's a shame. When Dave was living, it was the best burger in the business
I’m assuming that this location is under staffed. I took us over thrirty minutes to get food and we were the only ones in line.

This place has fallen off hard over the past few months. Staff is rude, sat in line today for nearly 10 minutes. Only to be told they were only accepting mobile or door dash….what??? The whole staff thought it was acceptable to let the line snake around the parking lot instead of walking out to tell the customers that something is up with their payment system?? I could have understood any situation and was content to place a mobile order, until the incredibly rude person on the microphone smarted off and talked to me like a dog. I will not be back. I can only hope that ownership at this location will take NOTICE and STEP UP. This location has way too much competition close by to be running off customers with a bad attitude. Best of luck and by the way Dairy Queen had me in and out in no time!
Normally, the red-headed girl at the first window is always very polite and friendly — she’s great. But the girl working at the second window today was extremely unprofessional. When we pulled up, she was yelling and messing around with her coworkers, which was already off-putting.
What really bothered me was her attitude toward me. She rolled her eyes just because I didn’t grab my drink fast enough, clearly annoyed that I interrupted her socializing. To make matters worse, she had long nails (which shouldn’t be allowed in food service) and was sucking and chewing on them the entire time she was handling drinks and food. That is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for someone serving customers.
This kind of behavior needs to be addressed immediately.
