The fries were not hot and the burger was cold. They gave me more fries,but forgot to bring to car. I had go inside to get them. The front manager stated they should have brought them to me way before. The drive thru employee in the second window was not very friendly.
I came in with a group of almost 20 cheerleaders at 9:45pm on a Friday night after an away game and I was very impressed with the location. Every worker was kind even though we swamped them with orders. They were even very kind to some of the kids who needed reorders. It was extremely clean and once again, had top notch service for the amount of orders placed. It took under half and hour for everyone to be served and satisfied!
I have to say this was not my normal experience at Wendy's. I pulled up to the drive through and the individual didn't speak, just said "What's your order?" I was only ordering for myself but had to repeat the order twice because it seemed they were multitasking.The fries and nuggets weren't as fresh as I'm used to, but I will say the lady at the window was friendly. (Could tell it was not the same lady who took the order)Will be back, but wasn't...
