8/28/2025. Got off at 4am. Came to Whataburger as its the only restaurant open at the time. Was given a substitute meal other than what I ordered because it was easier to make at this time. Was home before I realized. Never have I left a review, but this deserved the one star.

I went to this location for a quick bite after church, and ordered a large fry and a single milkshake. I sat in line for 30mins after paying. I noticed there were 8 employees in the kitchen goofing off while the line continued to build. Once I finally received my meal the fries were not salted. This establishment needs better leadership, in my opinion.

They don't care to NOT put mustard, pickles, and diced onions on your burger when you ask for none. Like, dammnn >;( I know you don't get paid well, but stop smashing my burgers and putting yo nasty pickles on my stuff. Fries were good though! :3

We ordered our food through the drive through. They asked us to pull up and wait for our food. We waited 20 mins and had to call to get them to bring us the food. The person on the phone said “I promise it hasn’t been that long baby”. Our receipt says we paid at 10:33 and we called at 10:50…for one cheeseburger and fries

To begin with: I am a light eater and when we come through the Drive Through I should have the Right to make the decision if I want UpSize or Not!! They charge me without Asking. I don’t think it is fair when I’m on a Fixed Income. Thank you very much in Advance for your time!!
The food was great as expected. Miss the old days before COVID when they had the wonderful selection of fixings but the food was still excellent. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

visited the old fannin rd store today and ordered patty melt with bacon. the bacon was not cooked properly. it’s not cooked to crisp and very soft and soggy

I write this review still sitting in the drive through. I just had to come here and say that every experience I have had at this location has been pleasant. The employees are always so kind and I’m absolutely blown away because this isn’t common practice in the fast food industry these days. 10/10 recommend.
