I would not recommend working at this store at all ! The customers loved me & I received so many praises from them , I was even told that they would mention me to the district manager. That was said only 21 days of being an Employee there . That made me motivated, but the way my spirit is sensitive to people battling inner demons I could NOT see myself sticking it out there . This place has Very miserable hearted people that work there ..keeps up nothing but gossip & much more which is why they are understaffed & can’t keep employees. Definitely need a change of new people around to better the place . I was told the reason I wanted to quit 5 times before this one is bc I didn’t wanna lose “ my benefits “ lol very much tacky to assume that & very much incorrect . Only a looney person would stick around and endure these type of energies . . This company also undermines your work , persistent criticism, excessive micromanagement towards one person (ME ) but it’s totally ok for them to do things that go against whataburger guidelines and policies . They often want you to work one way when operating manager is around. (TEAM WORK ) is provided yet you will do everything by yourself when operator manager is gone , teamwork goes out the window then ! They will even go as far as trying to confuse you with orders , tagging wrong orders , handing off wrong orders ..luckily I would catch it in time (most times ) So much sneaky & illegal stuff goes on behind those doors but eventually it will get exposed because demons don’t ever prosper . They will also make Deliberate attempts to cover themselves when you bring up what they are doing wrong , they literally set up how they’re gonna act the following day with one another .. when you bring what is going on to the light in hopes of making things better this then gives them a motive to get back at you by making your shift difficult & stressful . They stick together to make you look as though you’re lying . this excludes Yolanda & Tariq . You two both deserve better. . This place is horrible .

The burger was so good, I almost bit my fingers. Great service great atmosphere. After my experience at Sonic in Flowood, I would drive a thousand miles to get my food at Whataburger. Sonic let me down big time. Hi-5 for Whataburger and its staff!
I've never received bad service here. But Zanaviah's customer service and the wonderful cook that worked tonight made my day! ❤️ like homerun friendly service and fresh delicious food!
I recently moved to the Flowood area and have not had a bad experience yet. However, Whataburger is exceptional. Clean, friendly, great food, and they communicate well with customers. Although I had to wait for about 5 minutes, it was worth it. I understand that EVERYONE is short on help. I would recommend the onion rings, the burger, and the chicken sandwich. Awesome job.
