Came once last year and it was a terrible experience. Come back today thinking it would maybe be different but dead wrong. EVERY front desk employee ignores you and food took over 30 minutes. Got wings and kinda over it by that point. Open the box wings are barely.. covered with sauce. Mentioned it to front counter employee and she charged me $1.19 for more sauce even tho I showed her my wings.

The windows are filthy. It gives the whole place a grimy feel from the outside. Drink stand also a shambles. The wings and fries were cold, even though it wasn't busy. I have been to good versions of this restaurant before; this isn't nearly as good. There's also a cook wearing shorts ( how can that conform to local health codes?), and a cashier trying to wash windows with a yellow chemical squirt bottle. The whole thing was kinda yikes.

Majority of times eating here I have had to wait way past the time given to receive my order. I’m understanding if the place is busy, but this is usually the case even when they’re not. Tonight, my order was supposed to be delivered at 9:15pm. Then it got pushed back to 9:16-9:31pm. Then we received no update after still no food past the delivery time only to receive at 10:21pm that our order was canceled with no explanation. It said to reach out to the store for questions, so I called twice with no answer.

After waiting literally 40 mins I walk up to the counter to ask if maybe we didn't hear our name or maybe somehow they lost our ticket, not one, not two, but three employees walk past me. I'm obviously standing there to ask a question or be helped and no one cares. The manager walks right past me, doesn't say a word to me and proceeds to do table touches. Then after he walks back I still have to stop him. He literally had to walk around me to get back behind the counter and wasn't going to speak to me. Then I'm told me our order is 5 to 6 behind and we will have to wait at least another 20 minutes likely to get our food. An hour. It takes an hour to get food from here. For 25 boneless wings and two orders of fries. Never ever coming here again. By the way in the hour I was here one table had some trash picked up. Not wiped down or anything. Looked like a dump.

One dude was Racist, on their phone watching TikTok, left me without even saying hello. Another employee acknowledged that I was alive and helped me. He continued saying rude comments, I haven’t said anything besides hello. Will never come here again, and will report to BBB immediately.

Placed an online order and arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later. When I arrived my order was not ready. There were others who came in to order wings and got their wings before my online order was complete. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes after I arrived to get my wings. The Flowood, MS employees have no customer service skills. They were cursing behind the counter, complaining about having to be there, and I am very sure I noticed the employee give a customer free wings. This location will never get any more of my business and I will definitely be letting anyone I know to never visit that location again. And the order of wings were not fresh at all. It seems that the wings were cooked in grease from days ago. But I can say they made them look good with the sauce.
Delivery through Wingstop App. Didn’t receive fries or drink with order. No way to recoup money. Store will not answer phone.
