Went in to place order and was told it be 45 minutes or more and had to have correct change or a card….went outside placed order on phone and it said 16 minutes… it’s obvious the girl behind the counter did not want to wait on us… We didn’t order we went next door to Papa John’s..

Lazy workers who do not care if your order takes an hour to finish. Waited 20 minutes and politely asked how long it was going to be until the food was ready and they said it was almost done and it took me standing near the counter to receive the food. Horrendous customer service.

Food is good but everytime i go there i get the 20 peice bonless meal deal for them to ring me up for a 20 peice and no ranch and fries and have to pay 6 ir 8 more and complicate my order when im getting off work jus trying to get sum to eat and go home 👎🏾

They got my order wrong so I had to wait another 30 minutes equaling up to an hour and my wings are EXTREMELY over fried and I can’t even eat them. Money wasted, night ruined..cause I was excited 😑
