I LOVE IT HERE WAY BETTER THAN THE 1 IN RIDGELAND AND JACKSON WHERE THEY SHOOT THE CLEANEST WINGSTOP THE LADIES UP FRONT ARE ALWAYS NICE AND PATIENT EVEN WHEN ITS A LOt OF PEOPLE ORDERING! THE ONLY THING IS THEY ASK YOU TO DO SURVEYS ALL THE TIME AND I DONT HAVE TIME FOR SURVEYS BUT I LOVE IT HERE THANK YOU ? ?

Food was an hour late, then given to the wrong person. Way to screw up half a superbowl, on and order bought and paid for 6 days in afavance.

I got an 10 piece bone in chicken wings. Lemon pepper. But they want to to pay for ranch dressing or do a survey and get it free. That crazy. This is my second time here I feel like it should have been better customer service. $12.52

was not a great experience and customer service is completely lacking glad there is other wing stops in the area to go to will not be useing this one any time soon and you need to train your employees to pick up the phone I was park out side when I pulled up so on the phone and she was just talking with co workers in the back about some guy early in the store when I walked in horrible customer service

We went to this Wingstop the food was ok but when we got home the ranch dressing had been watered down. I get they may have a shortage on ranch dressing but watering down the dressing is just wrong. People don’t spend their money on things only to be deceived!

The wife & I were hankering for some fried chicken. My Yelp search revealed the recently constructed Bojangles on Hwy 80 does not serve chicken with a bone in it, (what!?!) the KFC in Brandon will never see my dollars again & Popeyes, I'm just tired of that chicken. Wing stop kept catching my eye, even though it had poor reviews... I am so glad, we didn't let the negative Nellie reviews influence us - our meal, service & restaurant quality was fantastic! Megan took our order & went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted (even a few boneless pieces & various sauces to try!) . We split a 30pc family order, planning on some leftovers, we ate them... all of them - don't judge! Flavors: honey sriracha, mango habanero, Buffalo/regular hot & a dry "sprinkle-on" flavor (sorry, can't recall all the names). Chicken was cooked perfectly juicy, came out quickly, the sauce was on point and the restaurant itself was clean & well maintained with polite staff (& patrons)!!Based on my visit, this Wing Stop is inappropriately underrated! It deserves another chance for anyone who gave a negative review & deserves a "first-time visit" from anyone on the fence about going. Megan indicated the restaurant was under new ownership or management, I can't recall which, so I assume it's this switch that has caused the change. Kudos to you owner/manager - it shows & my wife & I will be back!

After reading some poor reviews, we were initially nervous about trying the Wingstop in Flowood. decided to give it a try when we saw it was well staffed on a Sunday night. Our order was promptly taken when we entered and Megan helped us decide which flavors suited us best. She even got us a sample of the flavor we were questioning. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. We will be back!

order ranch, didn't hear me to charge me on my card. so when asked for it she said $1 o say fine, but can you break $100 , she said can't do it!!! so no ranch for me the custome! just wow,

The food is usually good but the service I just can’t. They have ridiculous wait times; 30 minutes plus every time. They are either understaffed or need a better system.

I can't even rate the food at this location but the service was horrible. I tried to call in a order and was told they could not take call in orders but if I ordered online OR came in they could get me in and out. So I go in five minutes later to be told that they couldn't take my order unless I made a online order because they were short staffed. I'm kind of glad I didn't eat there since I saw a cook dropping chicken with her bare hands.

I will never come back to this location. First impression is the most important. I walked in to order at 7:45. I received my food at 8:40. It was not even hot, so why was I waiting that long. I only received a hand full of fries at that. Im not a hard person to please food wise. But This was a disappointment. No one should have to wait that long on wings and fries. That's literally all that is being made at Wing stop. I'm not really sure why it took an hour to get the food ready. I really hope you guys figure out a better system. If not, this location will not last any longer.
