1st time I showed up there the outside speaker is not working. 2nd time I arrived ( 2 weeks later) same problem. 3rd time I went inside to order and the registers were not working. Truly pathetic.

Guys I literally just ordered my food at 6:06PM and received it at 6:07PM !!! Shout out to Tae! He was the best manager ever. He made sure that I had the correct order AND it was HOT & FRESH. His personality was awesome too! Much love to you and your team at the Flowood, MS location! I really appreciate you guys.

Made an online order. They forgot to give me one of my kids drinks but luckily I caught it before I left. Drove 20 minutes home and realized we didn't have straws, one of our kid meals was wrong, and my chicken salad didn't have chicken on it.

How do you mess up orders this bad. I literally read it off to her and she read the text and she still got pretty much all of it wrong I was supposed two of the wingers sauced tenders with one of the orders having traditional bone in wings. Neither of the orders had sauced tenders and i didn’t get the bone in order either. Like I’m sorry but how are you that incompetent??

Ordered the 3 chicken chipotle ranch tacos. The chicken strip in each taco was about an inch long. A lot of a flour tortilla and no meat. Y’all have to do better than this if you want to market this. Wasted money on lunch. Very Disappointed!

Went through the drive through to order a family pack and a few other things, and the lady who’s working the drive through very rudely kept asking “what else?!” So we drove away. Could use a lesson in customer service for suuure. We took our business elsewhere, because there’s a billion other places to eat near by.

This location’s service is terrible and extremely rude. I pulled up at 8:55pm and the woman screamed through the drive thru com stating they are not accepting anymore than 3 orders. I had 4 and she cut me off saying she could not serve me. So I chose not to order anything for myself and just got my wife and kids a meal. As I’m giving her the third and last meal, she screamed at me again and said THIS IS YOUR LAST ONE!! I politely said yes ma’am I understand and she continued to cut me off while giving her my drink option. I figured they were just short staffed and frustrated but unfortunately they had 5 employees standing around the window, joking around. It’s sad that this type of behavior is acceptable as the manager was standing at the window as well. As much as we love Zaxbys, we won’t be returning to this location again.

If I could leave zero stars I would, the absolute worst service I have ever had at a zaxbys, I will take my business elsewhere where they know what they are doing.
