I waited in line at the drive through for TEN minutes, just to pull up to the speaker and THEN they have a sign saying their drive through is closed, please order at the drive through window. Yeah, I know, that’s contradictory. Zaxby’s Flowood has lost me as a customer.

Uhm I don’t know how they treat workers on a daily basis but the manager Carylon I believe was the name caught a nasty attitude with one of the workers and also customers.

Food was cold. Many drink options weren’t available. Wasn’t worth the money I spent. I could’ve got better quality food elsewhere for a cheaper price.

Denied a pregnant woman water

I went yesterday may 4 and I ordered my food inside at 236 folks behind me was getting there food before me i finally was able to get my food at 306 I always come to this location but yesterday was the worse experience I have ever had there

Whew. ATTITUDES!!! I did a mobile order and the food wasn’t quite ready. It took 7 mins for someone to fix the drinks( I asked if I can just fix them myself) The guy was mad at me bc they made my food wrong then argued about how I should ring something in the app…. I can’t make up buttons in the app.
He remade the food but it was cold and gross. What a waste of money!!!

Every time I order, the orders and never right (drive thru or online), and then they are putting sauce in condiment containers making it stretch further from one barely putting any in the cups and still charging for a full sauces, not to mention none of the sealed sauces should ever be opened, when speaking to someone to get it corrected an attitudes all you get, need to completely clean house and get new employees and management

This Zaxbys is HORRIBLE do not waste your money.. I ordered Great 8 and wings and things on door dash they literally sent us half the wings no fries no straws no sauce toast burnt literally took a bite and spit it out $45.00 for food my dog wouldn't eat. Had to re-order 3 times and still was wrong. Don't waste your money or time.

I had a terrible experience at Zaxby’s. The customer service was awful from the start. They kept messing up my order over and over, and no one seemed to care. Janya, who was working the door, forgot parts of my order multiple times and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. I was left waiting and had to keep checking that I actually got what I ordered. If you’re looking for fast food without the hassle, I’d suggest going somewhere else because this location clearly needs to work on its service and attention to detail.
