I'm not sure what has happened within the year of 2024 of Zaxby's but I absolutely love there food .But the past two times I've ate hear I vomited .I have never in my life vomited immediately after or upon eating and never have I had this problem at Zaxby's .The chicken tasted old like it had been sitting out for hours or days every since then I had back problems I'm 33 years old and never had back problems right after I threw up my back has never been the same .i suggest there be a food safety check.

This location operates terrible. It's dirty in the restaurant (including bathrooms with no soap), the service is lackluster, and the food is just okay. This used to be an awesome fast food stop years ago. Go to any of the 7+ other chicken places nearby.

The food is terrible, mine wasn’t fresh & on top of the fact that my order was not accurate. When I called the “manager” told me it was IMPOSSIBLE for the food to not be fresh bc they had quote “JUST OPENED”.

Drive through was not moving so I went inside. Dining room was nasty. One family and I were the only ones inside. I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal. Fries were soooo bland. Chicken was fine but it was a terrible experience.Lots of other places to eat in this area. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

I Ordered a Four piece tenders The lady asked if I would like the cold flow with it. And I said yes I received my order Food was hot and fresh and I had Lots of napkin But no fork to eat The Cold slaw

Everything was way too salty. I couldn't believe how salty that the chicken strips were, I've never had a problem with them but this time I couldn't even eat them. Oh well I don't think I'll go back.

I like ?? Zaxby's food ? the salads are very good, especially when the Asian Zensation Zalad is offered. Sandwiches ? are very good along with the fries ?. Employees are friendly, a big plus for me.
Food order was warm but definitely not fresh to any standardChicken wings (bone in) had to have been prepared day or more before fried chicken tenders were not fresh as well as stale breadCondiments were not adequate 3 meals ordered and 1 ea ranch and zaxbys sauce providedI hope the quality improves, I don’t want anymore of that, ever!
Do not go here. Service doesn't exist. Staff spends more time talking to each other about their personal life than they spend working. They screwed up the drive through orders, giving them the wrong items. Many customers came back in after getting their food to point out it was the wrong order. There were several people waiting over 30 minutes for their food and the staff still managed to get it wrong.

Completely dead at this location and I still had to pull up and wait for a single combo early. Brought me out a dry chicken sandwich with nothing on it (pickles weren’t just thrown in with the fries, not even on the sandwich. They didn’t bother to put the “signature sauce” on their “signature” sandwich. So I had to go inside and ask for it. Of course, you’d think I was just a horrible person for asking according to their reaction.Just another place going down hill. Too many options for chicken tenders to even care.
