the staff is rude and unprofessional, the guy that works there I'm assuming is the manager has no sense of personal space. I ask to see my coupon back so I can order the appropriate meal and once the cashier gave it back to me he came behind me and just graved it out of my hand literary not respecting my personal space and everyone was yelling to each other just unprofessional. I asked for a spoon the poor cashier didn't even know where the spoon was ended up handing me a fork to stir my coffee which was burn because it was what was left on the pot (during breakfast). food was nasty and cold.

They need to get people in there who are there to work and not play! And I think getting some good strong managers in there would help the place out so much. It's hard to make people work if you're not taking your job as a manager seriously... but that's just my opinion... This used to be my favorite burger place but now I try to avoid eating there at all cost!! The one in Brandon Mississippi now that's the one you wanna go to they're great?
