When does four hamburger junior meals and a Whopper Jr. Meal equal five tired, cold burgers shoved hastily in a bag with four apple juices? I didn't get my fries and I didn't get my drink.
The only reason I made such an order wss because of being told they only had burgers, no chicken, and that they were about to close at midnight -- it was 11:25.
The girl then hastily ran off, unable to hear me shout about my missing drinks. I was given no receipt.

I really don’t like making reviews like this, because I’ve worked in fast food, and i understand how hard it can be sometimes. However, this location had alot that was upsetting. the bathrooms were so dirty, you could smell feces in the whole restaurant. no one acknowledged me for fifteen minutes. my order was completely wrong, and the whole staff was yelling at each other the entire time i was there. I ordered the new SpongeBob meal, only lettuce mayo and cheese, and it had everything on it. And it was very cold. It didn’t seem like the employees were paying attention to the orders, only that they wanted to get them out.
I was traveling, so I won’t be returning to this location anyway, however, I wouldn’t if I had the chance. I didn’t eat but one bite.

The burgers are cold & you're lucky if you get a burger with everything on it like it should be. I keep hoping it would get better each time I went because the whopper was my favorite, but not the way they make them in Forest. I don't know if they forgot to order the lettuce, onions, pickles etc. or just getting this cheap on the amount they put in there because it's very little to none. Save your time & money & go somewhere else.

They had a limited menu. The burger was cold. They said it would take too long to cook what I ordered. I ended up settling for a single burger that was cold and fully dressed with everything I asked not to be on it and an order of chicken fries that were actually good. Not impressed overall.

HORRIBLE SERIVCE, driving through and decided to stop here to grab a bite . If I could give ZERO STAR I would. They were not busy at all. And it took forever to take my order. Cashier was unprofessional and rude , so was the girl that was standing there bagging food. Two cars in the drive thru, one couple eating in dine (which they had their food already) and me waiting to be served. Do better please. Also there was 5 people working in total .

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 whopper meals and I asked them to label the burgers since I asked for different burgers and as the manager handed it to me I asked if the burgers were labeled and she replied yes well they weren't so the other lady said they couldn't find their labeling marker. I WONT BE BACK

Went by Friday night. They “had no meat” and were only serving fries. The drive thru guy was a little surly. They should have just closed the store.
Service was horrible, lady let us sit there for 5 minute while she played on her phone, and then told us the liby was closed due to being short staffed

Went throw drive thru to order family lunch the lady acted like she couldn’t even understand what I was talking about and where she was at In her state of mind I told her she needs to go back to school and went to pull off she was an older lady yelling out the drive thru window and flipping me off.
