I tried to go inside to eat before 9, but they had the lobby closed. I thought it closed at 10??? They need better management or crew or something because they're not supposed to do that. It's Friday night and the game is about to end, how ridiculous is it to miss valuable money just because you don't wanna do your job.

It took over 45 minutes to get my change back. When I FINALLY got my food it was cold and what I ordered was missing from the rest of the food. Crazy how nothing is done about the place! Usually don’t go due to rudeness and the fact our order is never right.

We went through the drive through around 9:30 pm ordered 3 mcdouble meals and a double cheeseburger. The order taker was rude and had an attitude problem.. instead of listening to our order she was rushing and overtalking us so she goy our order wrong. Then the employees standing aroind like they didnt have a job to do.then instead of reading the order screen the emplpyee at the pickup window had to ask me what i had ordered. Did not give us straws for our tea. Then we had ordered medium meals but yet was charged for small meals and received small meals. They gave us one bag of food which was missjng a fry, 4 pc nugget and the double cheeseburger. When.i let the employees know what was missing from mu order they were hella rude and then served us cold food.

The drive thru is a joke. This is suppose to be fast service I’ve been waiting 18 minutes and haven’t moved. Customer service is horrible. These people have no clue how to address customers and the food is just thrown together. You would thing I would learn to stop going.
Don't come to this McDonald’s unless you want burnt chicken nuggets and terrible costumer service from outrageous employees who normalize screaming at costumers to leave. And normalize leaving cigarettes around and ignoring costumers because they want to be lazy and not work. I’d like to specifically consider firing the short Hispanic that decided to kick us out ☺️

Absolutely terrible service. Never in my life have I had my chicken nuggets burnt, saw employees smoking, or employees close down a lobby and make us leave with our food. We were hungry and who doesn’t love chicken nuggets? We were utterly disappointed when we were served BURNT nuggets. Not only that, about 5 guys who were supposed to be making food were smoking and eating Domino’s pizza. Lastly to that rude short hispanic dude that yelled at us while eating, learn some respect and learn to do your job!

Worst McDonalds I have been to ever. Got a double quarter pounder. Buns were squished just about flat, burgers were burnt, cheese seemed very dry and burnt also, and the employees are just about the worst. They are short, rude, and not one of them have smiled yet. I will not be going back to this one ever. Three times and nothing changed.
