i go there almost every night get the simplest things & somehow they still mess it up had 2 mc chickens & a hot & spicy one. i got all original mc chicken & cut brother who only eats hot & spoicy would not eat it.

I tried to go inside to eat before 9, but they had the lobby closed. I thought it closed at 10??? They need better management or crew or something because they're not supposed to do that. It's Friday night and the game is about to end, how ridiculous is it to miss valuable money just because you don't wanna do your job.
Nuggets were old took 20 mins and told me I had to pay for my sauce that’s supposed to come with the nuggets ppl was hanging out the window shaking hands with the ppl in drive through it’s horrible do not waste your money or your time there

It took over 45 minutes to get my change back. When I FINALLY got my food it was cold and what I ordered was missing from the rest of the food. Crazy how nothing is done about the place! Usually don’t go due to rudeness and the fact our order is never right.

We went through the drive through around 9:30 pm ordered 3 mcdouble meals and a double cheeseburger. The order taker was rude and had an attitude problem.. instead of listening to our order she was rushing and overtalking us so she goy our order wrong. Then the employees standing aroind like they didnt have a job to do.then instead of reading the order screen the emplpyee at the pickup window had to ask me what i had ordered. Did not give us straws for our tea. Then we had ordered medium meals but yet was charged for small meals and received small meals. They gave us one bag of food which was missjng a fry, 4 pc nugget and the double cheeseburger. When.i let the employees know what was missing from mu order they were hella rude and then served us cold food.
