Worst McDonalds I have been to ever. Got a double quarter pounder. Buns were squished just about flat, burgers were burnt, cheese seemed very dry and burnt also, and the employees are just about the worst. They are short, rude, and not one of them have smiled yet. I will not be going back to this one ever. Three times and nothing changed.

I ordered on the app and got a frappe. I get to the store and they offer to replace with a coffee or a drink. But it’s half the price and wouldn’t give 2 or make it a large. I get back home to sit down and eat and I’m missing my hash brown.

Always rude ,foods always just thrown together and old! Also have to wait like 30 mins just to get something you don’t even wanna eat then ask them to fix it an they throw so much on it that you don’t want it

They have improved noticeably in the service much faster, and improved in other aspects but sadly the kindness, greetings or smiles are not yet harvested in McDonald's in Forest MS. As I mentioned previously with the exception of the young workers.

Our McDonald's is awful! 95% of the employees are rude as hell. I worked in a fast food restaurant for 15 years and our employees were nothing like these.. GM needs to retrain there employees or maybe it's the GM that needs to be retrained so that he/ she can train there employees properly.

This place is the most worst restaurant EVER. They are super slow and the workers ALWAYS HAVE THE NASTIEST ATTITUDES.
Tried to get some breakfast and coffee (for some reason they refuse to serve orange juice even though it's on the menu). Sat in one of the drive-through lanes behind another customer. When I got to the point to give my order, a pre-recorded message said the store was closed, when it clearly wasn't. And I watched other customers that arrived after me get service in the other lane. So they closed a lane and didn't indicate it? I left empty handed, which means that they obviously don't want my business. I will NEVER go back there again! I'm voting with my wallet, and I vote 👎!

Place is poorly run and organized. When food is ready, it is not delivered to the table but rather tossed on the counter while the person throwing it yells what it is in the order. Food delivery is not fast by any sense of the word. There are no receipts at the kiosk. The soda machine is no longer in the dining area. McDonald's has really gone downhill. You guys suck. Do better.

they charged me for four McChicken sandwiches and only gave me three I ordered four McChicken sandwiches no lettuce extra mayo instead I get regular mayo and extra lettuce whatever is going on in the McDonald's in forest personally I think they need a fire everybody and start all over from that store or just straight out shut it down!

They NEVER put any salt on the fries! And they taste like the oil needs to be cleaned or changed. It doesn’t require much effort at all to fry frozen fries. Employees simply don’t care to do their jobs properly, but they sure want that money every payday. Absolutely no chance at all that they deserve what they’re being paid.
