Penn’s in Forest, Ms recently hosted approximately 50 of our family members following a funeral service. Ms Sonya, Will and the entire staff were welcoming, accommodating, prompt and attentive. The buffet that was prepared for our family was well seasoned, hot and delicious. Thank you for your impeccable service and making the day a little easier for us.

This Forest location reminds me of the original. This food was cooked to order and great tasting Mississippi fish. Great service.

I'm a truck driver so of course I've passed several of these restaurants but, this one was located in a place for convenient truck parking. The service was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend the catfish and banana pudding!

Food was okay but they kept running out of fish, service was good. Penn's is an old place and it looks like it. I love there chicken on a stick, but I don't think I will do the buffet again.

Hi. This is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm visiting my sister. The service was off today because our waitress seemed annoyed. My family and I are always polite and we tip well. Good/bad customer service sets the tone of a restaurant. Hopefully, our next visit will be more inviting.

This is a nice looking restaurant. That's about as far as it goes. I ordered a hamburger and fries and tea. The burger was served open face. Strike 1. Very small portion size (don't go in hungry). Strike 2. Service is slow. Never check back to see if everything was right. No dessert offered. Strike 3. There is truck parking. The burger tasted ok-ish. The fries were at least crisp and not greasy. As for price? About what you expect for interstate food. Over priced under quality and quantity.

Omg! Best hamburger ever! Didn't try the sea food but the plates looked awesome! Service was great! It's worth the drive from meridian!
