I went this evening and picked up a huge order which included drinks for 5 ppl. I asked for a cup holder. I was laughed at. They said they didn’t have any. I asked if they could find something because I had all these drinks to carry. They all started laughing and smirking. I told them I didn’t see anything funny about this and they needed to have better customer service. This was the rudest customer service I had ever experienced there. I have been to many Popeyes but this one FAR FAR FAR outranks the others!! They were busy and we got our food quickly. Also the best Mac and cheese. It was so creamy. My son and I agreed, we want this cook around for Thanksgiving!! 10 Star!

Friendly staff, quick service and always got my food within 10ish minutes. Great boneless wings and their boneless bundle is definitely worth the price. Been a constant spot for lunch or dinner. One of the best Popeyes I've had

Placed online order for 3 pc dark, they didn't even know what dark meat was gave me a wing then stuck up manager with attitude acted like she didn't know what dark meat was finally took the wing out threw it away amd ask what did I want I said another thigh would be nice and she gave me leg that was soggy. Why even ask I just left stating that I know you don't need diploma to work at popyes but you should at least be able to read and show concern instead of attitude when they couldn't even get simple order right ...new manager please I'm from Louisiana and we never have that problem . Undercover customer please come check these people don't take my word for it.

March12, 2025 - Possible Ongoing SCAM. My wife ordered by way of the drive-thru. When she got to the window the cashier told her an amount due which was $8 more than the posted amount on the menu. The cashier stated my wife had order some extra items, which she did not. The cashier stated she would correct this and when my wife received the new amount it was still higher than what it should have been. This was due to the cashier adding another item to the bill, which my wife did not order. The manager came to the window with the correct receipt stating the credited amount for the errant added items would take 7-10 days to show up in her account. My wife stated the over-charge which occurred TWO times during her order, but the manager didn't seem concerned. Appears there might be a SCAM ongoing. It is important to check your receipt and amount due.

Had to wait for wings. No problem at least they're fresh. But since when do you HAVE to get the ranch with the wings? Wanted honey mustard and they said they have to charge me for it since the wings only come with ranch. Wtf. Never heard of it at other Popeyes. And no I didn't want tarter either smh. Popeyes getting worse and worse.

Put in an online order to avoid the wait time and still spent 20 minutes waiting in the restaurant for my order. After I FINALLY got my order, it was wrong. They gave me a spicy sandwich instead of original and didn't give me the ranch I ordered. Absurd.
Did online order and she printed it out it on the metal holder and forgot me completely for 15 min. I watched her throw the ticket away and I asked her if was getting my food or not? She then asked what I ordered and then had to reprint ticket and ended up waiting 5 more min. Once again fast food restaurant catering to drive thru before customers in store. It's all about the numbers.

Just left with my order from the drive thru. Took out my food when I got home and thought Where is the coleslaw?? Container was not even half full. Small pieces of chicken for $9.20!! Next time I'll head to KFC. Very disappointed!!

This place is really good the chicken is really crunchy and delicious I would recommend eating there. The biscuits are the same as every other Popeyes but still good and buttery.
