I stopped by this location to place an order, after waiting over 10 minutes and not being acknowledged by any of the 3 staff members including the manager/GM “PJ” I decided to leave, they indicated that they were “all” working on 1 platter. As a business owner, I would make it a good practice to at least acknowledge my customers and let them know (without them having to ask) that they would be helped in a moment.
-This is a small town and we do not have many restaurants but valuing good customer service is a given. I do not recommend visiting this location, visit the other and place your order online using COUPONS as PJ also indicated that they were not doing the “BOGO FREE FOOTLONG” as advertised on the website, the order was still valid using the coupon.

Very clean, food is fresh, and the two employees working when I visited we’re awesome. I have my hands full with my bag and my drinks wasn’t able to open the door the girl working come around and helped me out the door with my food. And the young man working come outside the store to help me put the stuff into my car. i’m very pleased with the service. That was awesome! Thank you guys for being great and actually doing your job. Thanks!

The female that worked on today, Sunday, February 11, 2023, at Forest Wal-Mart Subway, was so unprofessional!! I walked in after I placed my online order because that's the only way I know for sure I will get my points since not all subway employees know how to add points!! The employee saw me walked in as she made eye contact with me and didn't say one word, she pulled my ticket and started making my sandwich which I specifically stated how I wanted it made!! After standing there there and watch her pile olives on my sandwich I started saying, I only want just a little of this and that and extra this and that which in turn was met with huh every time!! She even had the audacity to put her falling glasses back on her face while fixing my sandwich and continued on as if she didn't contaminate her glove after touching her glasses!! I asked her to cut my sandwich in fours which was met with another huh and once she wrapped my sandwich, she rolled it to me and walked off!! Does it cost to receive great customer service nowadays??

Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub today and asked for the chicken to be warmed guy (said name Roy) said we don’t do that. When I said I had it done here and other Subways before, he said “I don’t do that”. I said it’s hows it always been done. He said “I’m a franchisee and don’t have to that” I said and I don’t want it then and turned to leave. He scrapped the meat off the sub and put it back in the container. Do not go there! Btw was there last week and served by two young girls who were friendly helpful and heated the chicken before putting it on the sub!
They need to get some hearing aids! Especially the girl that has red in her hair. I asked for a tuna sandwich and somehow I guess tuna sounds like chicken teriyaki! BAD EXPERIENCE! Oh yeah and she was really rude to by the way!

I tried to call several times and the would not answer. It was such a big order we had to call a days notice. Then we just had to go to Walmart to get are stuff! Very disappointed

Bad experience at Walmart Subway tonight on April 1st 2019..at 924pm ..i asked for extra lettuces and she girl gets an attitude because I ask for extra lettuce. If u don't like work at ur job at subway quit n find something u like. Don't take ur frustration out on the customer. If it wasnt for customers u wouldn't have a job so grow up..
